I love this book for studying Korean. I used this book for self study and found the textbook to be a great guide for the workbook. It explains the grammar with mostly clarity and it offers plenty of opportunity to practice new grammar patterns. I like that the reading passages reuse previously learned grammar which is nice to practice with. Only downfall is that there is no answer key so it's hard to know if your answers are correct or not. Otherwise I highly recommend this book! Be sure to use the workbook for extra practice.
I think this publication by Young Mee Cho provided fundamental and applicable knowledge of Korean. It contained details related to vocabulary and grammar, as well as necessary readings and other contextual information. Overall, this publication seemed quite well-structured where the content was clearly classified. I found this publication a usable resource and I think it can aid a number of people who are hoping to improve their fluency of this language.
It's more or less the same with the Beginning 1. It's a good thing that they make the second edition of the series. I peaked my Intermediate 1 book which is still the first edition and I think I prefer the way they organize the lessons in the second edition.
This is a great continuation to the first textbook. It offers the same well-organized structure and is well aided by the corresponding textbook. Self-learners should be aware that they will need an outside source to check their work, as there are no provided answers.
