How to fast

I learned a vast amount of knowledge about fasting. I'm so thankful for Philip to give what the Lord taught him on the subject. Everyone who names Jesus as their Lord should fast and pray. The Lord directs us to in Scripture. Please read if you're wanting to add a deeper communion with Jesus in your prayer life.
