Henry’s tale continues in Envisaged, the sequel to Misconstrued. Two stories, twenty years apart. Intertwined alternately with Henry’s continuing story is the tale of Kiara, an aspiring singer and songwriter who travels to Nashville to follow her dreams. While Henry is faced with unprecedented loss and pain, Kiara endeavors to chase the lure of a lifelong dream; as a result, they each must fight for the one thing that matters most: love. But love comes in all forms, in a person, in a place, in a friend or stranger, or in the tug and pull of fighting for something that only existed as an idea and is suddenly just within reach. In all its malleable forms, love can force one to choose. There is the choice to stay or the choice to run when things get hard. And there is the choice to heal when everything feels broken. Two stories, two main characters. In the end, Kiara and Henry both have to choose. What they choose will change each of them forever.
Amber is a stay-at-home mother with a passion for the written word. Though she currently lives in Auburn, NH with her two little boys and husband, she will always be a North Dakotan at heart, having spent most of her childhood growing up in those rolling plains. When she’s not raising her two boys and living life with her husband of more than a decade, Amber can be found exploring the outdoors with her camera in tow, making art, or baking something with lots of lovely calories.
So captivating! I was taken into two worlds. I have the entire Tudor homestead envisioned of what it looks like, with so many details. I smiled with them, I had tears with them. Beautifully written.
