This book offered nothing original. Normally, I at least have a couple of key take always from motivational books that I read. This book listed either items I’ve heard before, were not effective strategies, were just basic common sense items, or were items I felt were bad advice.
I also believe like this book was incorrectly titled. A better name would have been 100 Ways to Possibly Impact Your Business’ Success. Most of these “ways to build wealth” were a stretch and would maybe be considered indirect strategies, at best. Some suggestions were actually items of what not to do. Based on the title, I thought the book would be ways to save or strategies on how to build your individual future wealth. If you’re looking for this, I strongly recommend The Millionaire Next Door.
The other issue with this book is that it tells the reader, multiple time, not to market themselves, not to develop a personal brand, and not to network. I strongly disagree with this, as I’ve built my entire successful career from networking. Thus, this author lost a lot of credibility.
Lastly, I listened to this book on Audible. The entire time I was listening to it, all I could think of was that his voice sounded like the character from TV Guide episode of Seinfeld that was obsessed with Elaine and TV Guides.
Save your time and money, by not reading this book.
