Tripp Molloy is the town playboy. When your father is the President of the Deranged Drifters, one of the most dangerous and well respected motorcycle clubs in the tri-state area, you have to live it up before the gavel moves inevitably into your hands one day, and the responsibilities of the club rest solely on your shoulders. That is, if you can live long enough to see that day.
She’s a girl who’s only ever wanted a family and a home to call her own…
Avery Sullivan doesn't realize how quickly her life will change when she helps the bleeding motorcycle club member in the middle of the street after being shot by a rival club. Not only does she learn the dangers that come with being affiliated with the club, she also learns the dangers of being with the playboy of the town.
Now he’s made her his world, and she’s finding being the object of his affection both exhilarating and terrifying…
Avery comes from foster homes, and she's never known family or love like she experiences with Tripp. They learn from each other every day, and she knows that without him, she'd be left with nothing. And he has made her his entire world.
As the pressures of the club start to weigh on everyone, and the pressure at home by Avery to have a baby, Tripp starts to lose control. He decides to do the only thing he can to take back control, even if it means alienating the only woman he's ever truly loved.
Will his pride keep him from making things right with her before it's too late, or will the sins of the club be taken out on her? If Tripp loses Avery, he loses everything. And Avery is ready to walk. What happens if he decides to fix things when it's too late, and he finds out what life is like without her?
Logan Gray is a writer and authorpreneur who likes to create books like artists like to create art. Description is important, but she wants to allow the reader to make the story their own. While she wants to give the reader what he or she needs to see the picture she's trying to depict, she doesn't want to fill the pages with unnecessary description to restrict how the reader views the characters or places.
While this may not appeal to all readers, she hopes it appeals to others who like you add their own touch to the story. Maybe they would rather the walls be white instead of gray. Maybe they'd like to envision the person is tall instead of average height. While the description as she sees it is there, it's not written so strongly the own interpretation cannot be made and applied. It gives the reader some creative freedom in a hobby that isn't always as flexible.
So this was not that good because of the writing. The main couple Tripp and Avery start out as instalove, and are very immature. Thing's start to go south because after marrying Avery wants a baby and Tripp doesn't. Considering they're 24 and 19 it was understandable. But Tripp being an idiot like all the men here didn't voice he didn't want one yet and started wearing condoms again after Avery stopped her birth control. So being young and dumb, and not asking any questions she assumes he's cheating on her. Which he was not. They fight. She walks and then supposedly get's killed by a different MC club. But of course being the reader you get the feeling she's not actually dead. Melody a club bunny is right there to give him affection. He gives in only a month after Avery's supposed death. Keeps her around, and now this bitch is pregnant. Tripp is still using Melody for sex 6 months later. We get little bits of Colt and Lex's relationship, and they're still drowning and almost looks like they're starting to really dislike one another. At the end of the book we got a pregnant ow, Psycho's woman Lacey is back. Psycho is probably the best character here and should just get his own book. I'm guessing it's the next one? But there was no resolution with Tripp's story so no HEA for this book. Is it in the next book? I have no idea. This is the worst book so far. But I'm guessing if Avery returns she'll end up raising this baby. Not gonna lie. That's a pet peeve of mine. I hate h raising ow's baby.

It was a very sad story. It was hard to read at times. I just it had a different ending that some how they would find her and they would work through it all.
I really liked this book until the end! That ending is so messed up, and I'm not even talking about what happened to Avery! That's really upsetting in itself. What I'm talking about is how he goes right back to that club whore and gets her pregnant with in two months after thats messed up! Especially the way he treated his wife and not wanting a baby. Can you be anymore disrespectful!!! I mean really!!! That's just disgusting. And to top it off he still believes she's alive and did any way. Wrong just Wrong all the way around!!!!
My heart is broken, I kept hoping as I read that it wasn’t true 😢 This was a hard read because Logan Gray brings her characters to life in my head. It was a great read ❤️ 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
3.25 stars. Much better than the first one but still in dire need of editing. Avery making Tripp prove himself to her was the highlight of this book. Unfortunately, Tripp goes from being great to awful with no good reason. One conversation with a jaded, fucked up brother turns him into a selfish asshole who doesn’t really deserve Avery.

Ok, so I jumped into this without reading the first two books in the series. I thought it could be read as a standalone. I'm still not sure it can't, but it sure ended horribly.
Trip is the worst MC I've ever read.
This is the first book I've ever one starred because I actually hated it.
I truly hated this.
Don't think I will be reading this author again.

Great read! The ending made me mad initially but I got some resolution in book 4. Still made about some things in that book. Hate how he jumped immediately in bed with the one person his wife hated and all the placating the other members did towards Tripp. I also don’t love the theme of these strong women becoming weak and losing their voice. Overall I’m loving this series.

Wow. I did not see this coming. Tragic. I'm hoping there is more to this story in book 4. The story is well written. It shows life is not fair. There are consequences, feelings of guilt, failure, and so much more.
I was really into this story but I feel like it just stopped. I need more, I know there is more to Avery's story and dang it I want it. I'm jumping right into the next book with my fingers crossed.
Tripp gets saved by Avery . And falls for her but can they make it work. When a fights happens she leaves and disapper in flames. Cliffhanger ! Is she Dead or not??
