This is a book with many small parts and each part is a different story:
Part 1 of the book is about a man who is always proud and always wants to tell everyone about his past. At first, that makes his shop less and less crowded because everyone feels annoyed. One day, he applies what he learned in the past to beat a robber. He was in the newspaper and his restaurant becomes more and more famous.
I find this book very interesting, it will let you understand many different stories from many different countries. Each story is worth thinking about
I will recommend this book, for me this book is quite good when you are just learning English. Basic words, easy to understand, humorous content

-No, I didn't. When I met him, I will listen to what he says. If it will be too long, maybe I ignore him.

5. This book has five stories. The name of my favorite story is "Quick Man Tan". Caleb Tan who is the main character is fond of talking with people. When other clerks work in the Chinese restaurant, he tells about the stories and dance in front of people. They are bored with listeing to what he says. One day, he fights with the young man who has knife and Tan can arrest him. He looks like a wonderful hero!

5, There are five short stories in this book. I like "Beautiful Thing" especialy. This story is written about DNA. This made me exciting. I felt a sense of excitement after I finished reading this book.

I can't understand last scene but this is bad child and smart child's story. Maybe I was not good child when I was childfood. So I'm sorry for my parent. But I'm now. If I had a child ,I want the child to be good.
