Rate this book
A breath-taking story about second chances and small-town secrets that will whisk you away to the wilds of Ireland’s Atlantic coast.

Following the death of her mother, Grace O'Neill comes to Inishbeg Cove to stay with her aunt Maggie in her tiny coastguard cottage. The cove holds happy memories of childhood summers spent running across its golden sands and bathing in its crystal clear waters and Grace hopes the village on the Wild Atlantic Way will help to heal her heart but why do some parts of her past remain so hidden?

After his brush with death, Tadgh is back in the restaurant once more but a mysterious new arrival in the village and a spate of bad reviews threatens everything. Is the brooding restaurateur losing his touch?

As Tadgh battles to save his restaurant, Grace uncovers a shocking secret and is drawn into an extraordinary tale of illicit passion and heartbreak. Can Grace find it within herself to forgive for past mistakes and will she have the courage to start a new life in Inishbeg Cove?

Perfect for fans of Fern Britton, Susanne O’Leary and Faith Hogan

Makes you want to go to Ireland

You’ve gotta love a series! Read the first one to see if it is worth your time; fall in love with the scenery and get to know the people and…boom, you’re in and your know what to read next and the one after that as well. The lives of the townspeople begin to matter as if they weren’t fictional.

Maggie and grace

Book three starts 3 months later (from end of book two) I am not a fan of the POV I am one of those readers that likes to take the journey in the mind of the main character or two love interests heads.it makes it feel more real and you feel more as you take the journey.

when another is telling you how all these characters are feeling and thinking words said ect.it's a little God like. Off putting.

That said I love the small town and the wonderful characters, this one is different from book one but felt similar Greg was looking for his parents (book one), Grace was looking for her father.but the story's do play out different and I thought Grace was going to get a love interest (maybe next book?) So was surprised about Maggie this story was about grace, Maggie and penny. All books focus on the town's people great characters but the three lady's was the main leads.
I felt sorry for Patrick and I thought Maggie should of saw he was played breathtakingly so and rosa really should of saw him face to face who listens to words from another.if she did it could of player out different and Maggie should of saw that and been kinder to patrick.
tragically interesting storyline

This is the 3rd book in the captivating series set on the West coast of Ireland in Inishbeg Cove.

Grace has just recently lost her Mum and is staying with her Aunt Maggie in the Cove. Having never known her Father, Maggie is all she's got; however, someone recognises her in the village, and she asks her Aunt who he is.

Tadgh is recovering from his accident and thinking about reopening his restaurant until someone starts to sabotage his efforts, who could it be.

I really enjoy reading this series and the books are addictive. The books are best read in order of publication to preserve continuity of the characters and series.

What a sweet story!

It starts a little sadly. Grace was mourning her mom’s death. Rosa was the only immediate family Grace had, but Rosa’s sister Maggie was there for her. And Grace met her estranged dad, Patrick. And Tadgh’s restaurant reopened, but with a couple of bad things coming his way, he felt like he let himself and the village down. Well, so much happens. It’s definitely a “breath-taking story”! If you’re looking for an easy read, grab it!

This is an excellent series. The books are refreshing and are set in the west coast of Ireland. The descriptions so vivid you've only to close your eyes and you are transported there in the tight and loving community of Inishbeg Cove. This author is new to me and I have been enchanted with her work.

Another good read set in a small seaside village in Ireland

Loved reading the third book in the Inishbeg Cove series. Some might have been disappointed in the way book 2 ended but this book ties up all the lose threads. I'm hoping Izzy Bay lies will write more! ❤

Great series!

These first three books were so lovely, I truly enjoyed them. I am disappointed that I have to wait until September for book 4. I'm sure it will be worth the wait! 🙂
