This book is so good, not just for people who want to create a business as a psychic reader, but as an everyday person wanting to trust your own voice and get guidance from your higher power.
Great exercises and meditation techniques for tapping into a wealth of higher knowledge. This will be a book I read regularly.
You can expect tarot cards, chakras, spirits, voices, writing practices and a way to make your ego shut the fuck up.

Are you interested in creating more a spiritual practice in life? Do you like reading spiritual books? If you do, then I recommend adding this book to your TBR. I knew I wanted to read this book, as soon as I saw that Gabby Bernstein wrote the foreword!
My favorite part of this book were the practices at the end of each chapter. Some contained beautiful meditations that I will come back too!
If you aren't familiar with this author, she was recently on a couple of great podcasts:
-Dear Gabby by Gabby Bernstein
-Better Together with Maria Menounos
I'm sure there are more too, but I enjoyed both of these!

I feel I’ve turned the corner
This book spoke so clearly to me and helped me reinterpret and value many significant events in my life. I can’t believe I now burn sage, am exploring oracle cards and can hear my guides in the different ways they communicate! To say this has been life-changing is not enough. It has been life-clarifying and pointed me in a positive and more open direction I never imagined I could take. This book is a joy and a treasure.

It is such a wonderful reading experience to stumble across a book that offers so much more than expected. This book is not just for mediums, psychics, or those interested in such pursuits. It is a good self-help book that takes time to read and digest, to incorporate the principles of spiritual growth and personal healing. A book that encourages authenticity and a return to our nature or natural selves. Includes guided meditations.

A timely read for those looking to unlock their own spiritual gifts. MaryAnn does a beautiful job of guiding the reader while communicating in a way that is relatable and comforting. You will return to this book time and time again. MaryAnn is changing the way the world views spirituality and psychic gifts. This book is a game changer!

A really compelling read all about deepening intuition in a beyond-physical sense. I love how Di Marco breaks down abstract topics in a down-to-earth way and recommend this is you're curious about mediumship.

I'm sure I would have loved this book but I just couldn't stay focused. It's not the style of book I wanted at the time but I only had 21 days to read it with Libby so I had to get it over with. I wish I would've read it when I was really into this style of books.

HIGHLIGHTS:
1. Agency over our circumstances: this is precisely the strength and fortitude that spiritual life can give us if we’re only brave enough to commit to it.
2. Once we are checking in with spirit, feeding our connection daily, we start to tap into what we really need at the moment.
- Communicating with spirit is the most empowering thing we can do for ourselves and our psychic development. It’s life-changing.
- When we perceive a block, trust that perception.
- Our lives may not be perfect, but our souls are fed.
3. Many people suffer from being empaths, especially when they take on the low-vibration energy of others.
4. EGO: Our team loves it when we question ego because it’s showing us what our soul was placed here to learn. It’s revealing where and how we need to work.
- Check our ego by surrendering our expectations.
- Celebrate others' success and growth.
- It is a universal truth that spreading love makes it grow.
- We can simply release the need to know when.
5. ACCOUNTABLE: Each of us is accountable for acting on the guidance we receive. That starts with trusting that it’s real.
- Self-worth renders us genuinely humble in the face of judgment.
6. FEAR: Fear of judgment from others enters in because when the ego plays into shame, and outside approval our inner worth is erroneously linked.
- Real authentic self-worth is largely unaffected by the opinions of others.
- Our guides will answer. When they do, the answer they give will have everything to do with our spiritual growth. It will show us where we need to work next, with fear and beyond it.
- Our action manifests our fear right into a reality.
7. ALIGNMENT: trust that we have been shown through guidance is correct even if we don’t fully understand the big picture.
- Spirit only ever sends us darkness to show us the light.
8. SELF-CARE: Self-care is so important to keeping our boundaries intact. We have to relax, enjoy ourselves, and fill ourselves up with all the good stuff so that we can stay safe while in service to others.
- EX: Bathtub, essential oils, intermittent fasting, silent meditation.
9. Psychic development requires regularly assessing and adjusting our boundaries while still making 100% accountable for what’s ours.
- The more you speak the truth, your authentic voice comes out.
10. Each of us is accountable for finding our own way to share the light we receive.
- To make a relationship with spirit sustainable, we just keep listening and responding the best we can, even when we don’t know why.
- Use my free will to follow my team‘s guidance. Say thank you and follow the instructions given. Respond when it is a whisper.
- Spinning Plates: The plate that falls can show us exactly where we need to pay more attention.
