Simon has a problem; he had been stuck in a lab that not only didn't appreciate his contributions to his scientific field but also was being worked to a bone by a facility for not a lot of money. As much as he wanted to quit however it was his research that he was working on in the field of symbiotic science and without the facility it couldn't continue. While he didn't have much control over his life one thing he did do was set-up some experimentation of his own on a pet project, harvesting his own data under the guise of just another experiment. When those readings give him unexpected results however it set of a chain reaction that resulted in him gaining a new co-worker that had far greater aspirations than he did as well as the tools to do it.

Can Simon trust this new co-worker to have his best interests at heart, especially since it resides within it as his new partner is the symbiote he had been experimenting on!

Okay

This wasn't what I was expecting it was more like an invasion of the body snatchers. I feel like it was a bit twilight zone or outer limits and ending that doesn't have an ending. This was just not my kind of story. Interesting well written but not for me.
