One of the better ones in the Tate Gallery’s Look Again series, because apart from the general argument that black women artists are woefully underrepresented in the art world, there are interesting discussions of a number of individual works of art, which makes her point more effectively than just polemic.

I feel this is the weakest of the first set in the programme, as art and exhibition design is almost an afterthought, and exists largely as a list in rapid fire. While all of these essays are concise, I wanted more context.
