This could be a blog-post. The text contains almost no use-cases (despite the book was written by a consultant that teaches mob programming). The few descriptions of the mentioned use-cases are very generic, without much insights which I hoped to read about.
Good parts; - It introduces well to different roles, although with some repetition across chapters. - Says that being nice <> kind - Gives some hints on how to facilitate.
The biggest problem I have is that the book describes some of the benefits but doesn't says much about the challanges, except attribution for work done in a ensemble (maybe it is ok for a guidebook ...). Fortunately One can read about some challanges in referenced blog posts.
