At long last the angsty finale to Sawyer and Olivia’s forbidden story. This story began as a forbidden story between professor and student, but over the course of this series this romance has become more complicated, more dynamic, and more about the emotive complications of these two characters who have to work through their own issues. Of course, the forbidden nature of their relationship doesn’t just disappear- as we saw in the heartbreaking finale of the second book, as Olivia has to pay the consequences of her illicit romance, losing everything she cared about, including Sawyer. Sawyer has a lot to prove in this story, not only to Olivia but to himself, and that’s much of the heart of this finale- this broken man finally coming to terms with the buried and scarred parts of his heart.

And for the most part, I enjoyed their finale, watching them find a way to work through the mess they’ve created. The story did start a bit slow for me- feeling trapped in the stasis and paralysis both of these characters felt as they grappled with what they wanted, and their distance. I loved Olivia’s evolution the most. She’s always been a strong and resolved heroine, but I loved watching her harness her strength into purpose. She found the very best of herself in her relationship with Sawyer, and she discovered just what she wants in her life. A strong heroine who finally found her power. And certainly there’s a lot to appreciate about Sawyer’s transformation- a broken, solitary, detached man who finds his soulmate and has to face his demons in order to be worthy of her. Through his vulnerability, he becomes reinvigorated.

LIke the prior books, we have great steam and emotional ups and downs, with this one perhaps the most tense of them all. Ultimately, these two find an HEA that they deserve, but it's a hard and arduous process getting there. But what a journey.

Fantastic Conclusion!

This was exactly the kind of conclusion I was hoping for, for Sawyer and Olivia. It was emotional, passion filled, intense, thrilling, steamy and highly entertaining. These two are perfect for each other even with all their ups and downs. There was a lot for these two to work through and when they figure things out their relationship can finally go to the next level.

Wonderful conclusion, fantastic writing, and amazing characters. I absolutely loved every second of it.

Claim is the long-awaited conclusion to Sawyer and Olivia’s story. Though, at the beginning, they still have a lot of work through.

Olivia’s hit the bottom. She has lost a lot. Yet, I loved that she didn’t spend a long time just down and sad about it. She did what she could to try and get some of her normal life back and try and move on from a broken heart. Sawyer has a lot of apologizing to do if he wants to win back Olivia. Olivia isn’t going to make it easy on him, no matter how much she still cares for him.

I absolutely love these two. Their connection. Their chemistry. The obstacles that they have to overcome time and time again to be together. It all makes them stronger.

Olivia and Sawyer didn’t have an easy journey, but I loved every single moment of it.
Anyone else hoping that Daniel gets a story!?!

If you’re looking for a forbidden, student/teacher, age gap romance this is one to check out.

I've been waiting so patiently for Claim, the much anticipated 3rd book in Piper Lawson's Off Limits trilogy, and it was so worth every minute I spent wondering how the end would play out. Do you love age a sexy gap romance with a smolderingly intense leading man? Check. Taboo, forbidden, delicious and full of heat ? Yes, yes, yes! A professor and student attaction that will no doubt burn a massive hole in your Kindle?  Absolutely! Everything you could want and love in a romance is here in this series and in the conclusion of Sawyer and Olivia's hard won HEA.

Olivia was laid low when the bottom fell out of life as she knew it and everything seemed to inplode before her eyes- her family's financial security, the future she had planned for and her relationship with the man she loved. Shock and disbelief rocked her world, but in true Liv fashion, she shakes off her despair, pulls herself up and does what she can to survive. It may seem like all is lost but this girl has grown into a resourceful, strong and intelligent woman before our very eyes as this series progressed. She's so fierce and determined- nothing and no one can keep her down for long, not even her broken heart.

Sawyer knows he screwed up royally. He lost Olivia and deserves to be alone. She won't give him a minute of her time and he really can't blame her, but there's a bigger picture she needs to think about. He let her down spectacularly and has got to find a way to fix what he broke- her trust, her dreams and the love she had for him.

Everything about this book is an uphill journey in some way for both Olivia and Sawyer. They are two people who need each other, whether they fight for it not- soulmates who recognized each other from their first crazy meeting to the acceptance that they are better together and the flame of their love will never burn out. I loved being a fly on their wall for all of it. Their happy ending was satisfying, beautiful and perfectly them, just as I hoped if would be.
Piper did it again as I knew she would!! What a smoldery couple Sawyer and Olivia turned out to be! I only wished their story could have gone on forever, but could there be more characters that needs to tell theirs? Hint, hint! Maybe I'll see Sawyer and Olivia further down the road again? I voluntarily read and reviewed an early copy of this book.

Oh my heart. Claim by Piper Lawson was so dreamy and at the same time, scorching hot. Sawyer has every quality of an ultimate book boyfriend. A little broken. A lot of possessiveness and swoon and protectiveness. Olivia is an amazing heroine with her brain, beauty and heart. This forbidden age-gap professor- student romance is full of feels and steam.

This is the last book of a trilogy. When Olivia and her relationship to her professor Sawyer Redmond is exposed, she is expelled from Russell U. She is heartbroken and angry. She feels Sawyer didn't stand by her side and chose his tenure in Russell over her. But it's not true. And Sawyer has to prove it.

I loved the power balance between Olivia and Sawyer. Usually age gap romance with alpha heroes doesn't have strong heroines like Olivia. Well, I admit that Sawyer pushed Olivia to become this spanky and sassy girl who isn't afraid to chase her dreams and demand what she deserves. She brought Sawyer to his knees. He has been a grumpy, bitter, lonely, cynical and coldhearted man. But Olivia showed him that love exists and he can be a better version. And when this amazing man opens up his heart, that's simply mesmerising. They have to go through a lot of emotional pain. And the circumstances were delicate and dangerous. They could make or break it. And I am happy they could make it. I love that Olivia put herself first but she also put back the broken pieces of Sawyer Redmond together. This story had the sizzling hot chemistry as usual but for me, the emotional parts were brilliant. This is the most angsty of the three books where Olivia and Sawyer have to face their demons and slay them.

**I received a review copy of this book in exchange for an honest voluntary review. All opinions are my own and not influenced by my source.**

What a great way to wrap up this one of a kind series! Honestly, I've never read a student-professor romance story with as much depth as this series and I am all for it!

Everything that has been pushing and pulling Sawyer and Oliva together and apart comes together here and I loved watching it unfold.

As much as this story is a romance, it's also about the characters. For Olivia, it's about finding her independence and inner strength to break free from the box her parents have put her in. For Sawyer, it's learning to trust and love another person but also about him finding himself as well. One thing I truly loved about this two is that they really evolved as people throughout this series and I think it really shows in this book as they reflect and navigate their relationship.

Overall, this was a great series that kept things fresh with original characters and plots. It reminded me why I never miss a Piper Lawson book!

PERFORMANCE REVIEW & RATING: 5 Stars

Connor Crais and Vanessa Edwin did a fantastic job narrating this entire story. ALL THE STARS and then some for their performance! Well done!

STORY REVIEW & RATING: More than 4 STARS but not quite 4.5 soooo 4 it has to be.

I loved the journey of Olivia and Sawyer from the start and this last leg of the race did not diminish that love. They were well done and I enjoyed all aspects of their journey. However, this trilogy had some subplots to it and not all of them really mashed up in the end. They fit the story as the story was happening because they helped in the growth and development of both Sawyer and Olivia as individuals but when we got to the sweet spot of this journey, those subplots were kinda left up in the air and frankly, somewhat anticlimactic. I’m not sure why Piper made the choice to not thoroughly flesh out at least one major subplot and I’m no writer so *shrug* but that’s the only reason Claim isn’t getting a 5-star rating.

Okay, that’s enough nit-picking because I ❤️ Sawyer & Olivia and out of all the couples I’ve had the pleasure of reading/listening to by Piper Lawson, they are my favorite of faves!

Now I’m ready for Daniel’s story! I have a feeling I’m gonna be all up in my feelings and liking it! :)

The conclusion to Sawyer and Olivia’s story was better than expected! Olivia growing up, realizing what she can have with Sawyer is what romance novels are made of. And Sawyer finally coming to terms with all the obstacles in his life ended in a book that claim you in its entirety. Piper never fails to give you the best out of her books, characters, series, and trilogies. That’s what she’s done with the “Off Limits” Trilogy. It’s not just about a professor and his student falling in love, it’s the process, the ugly parts that get you to the endgame. This is why I love reading Piper Lawson’s books and why she’ll always and forever be one of my one-click authors. Chef kiss baby 😘🤌🏻!

Book 3 in the Off-Limits trilogy and it was a wonderful ending to Olivia and Sawyer’s story. This will pick up right where book 2 left off and you will need to read the first two to get the whole story. Loved reading the ending to their love story. It wasn’t easy to get to their HEA. They had to fight so many obstacles to be with each other. Their relationship was taboo from the start but that didn’t change how they felt about each other. Loved their relationship and the chemistry that was between them was so explosive. Another great read from Ms. Lawson and I can’t wait to read what is coming next. Highly recommend this trilogy and all her work. You won’t be disappointed.

Oh Sawyer and Olivia...what are you doing!?!? This was an absolutely fabulous ending to their love story! The growth between the two was a wonderful journey to read. How Sawyer learns to love and and fight for Olivia...😍 And how Olivia learns to stand up for herself!! But I am greedy and want more from them, like you know, some future scenes about what happens after the HEA!! And HELLO....we need a Daniel book!!! As for Sawyer and Olivia...swoon worthy! And also hot as hell!! This whole trilogy was the same! I am so glad I went on this journey that Piper Lawson has taken us on!! And yes, so glad the Dean got what he deserved!!

This book contains forbidden romance, steamy scenes, and intense emotions. Sawyer and Olivia's journey to their happily-ever-after is an uphill battle, but seeing them overcome their obstacles is so satisfying. The characters are well-developed, especially Olivia, who becomes a strong and determined heroine. I couldn't put this book down, and I'm already hoping for more stories from this world. If you love a sexy and emotional romance, don't miss out on this series!

Claim – 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Claim is bold, possessive, and unapologetically passionate. The tone shifts toward dominance and certainty, with desire no longer restrained but fully embraced. Emotional walls begin to crumble as the connection between the characters deepens into something fierce and consuming. The chemistry is scorching, and the story focuses on ownership, commitment, and the struggle between control and love, making it one of the most intense installments in the series.

We enjoyed the conclusion to this forbidden romance between Olivia and Sawyer, slow simmering, you could say. Olivia is resilient no matter what happens to her, she is not ready to give up her dreams and rightly so.

Olivia and Sawyer have made a mess of things but, not all is as it seems with this couple as Sawyer has been fighting for them both when all seems lost.

A bright and beautiful woman, Olivia is, and she is determined to see her dreams come true. Sawyer seems a bit coldhearted, even cynical, and some might call Mr. Grumpy pants but, there is more to Sawyer than meets the eye. Sawyers love for Olivia has changed the man and the way he looks at the world and life, but, we always sensed goodness and kindness in him, and she makes him happy.

Overall, it was one sweet read and one of give and take. We loved Olivia and Sawyer as a couple, the sneaking around and the forbidden made their special moments hotter than he**! Loved the chemistry they had together and how possessive Sawyer was with Olivia. Olivia may be determined to set the world on fire but, Sawyer is determined to set the Olivia on fire and boy does the man do just that.

A story with incredible characters and more than a few surprises but, one thing for sure is from the moment this couple met they were destined to me together.

5 stars for Claim by Piper Lawson. This is the 3rd and final book in Sawyer and Olivia’s story. “But it’s hard to love someone whose first instinct is lock up their heart against any threat, real or perceived.” The conclusion of the story for Sawyer and Olivia was a doozy and amazing at the same time. It was filled with suspense , surprises , sweetness, sexiness , and oh some drama. I love that in this book we finally get to see Sawyer open up and show his true self to Olivia. This series is a must read.

Piper Lawson had us Crave Liv and Sawyer from the get go, upon meeting them and the introduction of their new relationship. Only to then Collide with our hearts full force, being gripped by their emotional journal. Ending with Liv and Sawyer putting a Claim on our hearts with a perfect conclusion to their HEA.

A Crave for a relationship that was taboo didn’t stop Liv and Sawyer from going for it. Especially when they Collide full force. Resulting in both to Claim each another by the end.

Piper Lawson continued with conveying the very thorough and detailed intricate story that was Claim, despite the main aspect of the storyline revolving around Liv and Sawyer’s Taboo relationship.
And given the cliffhanger ending in Collide, which left us with many unanswered questions. It’s what had me diving into Claim headfirst ready to devour the conclusion to Liv and Sawyer’s story.

The conclusion to Off-Limits series had us following Liv and Sawyer for the final time upon the rocky terrain of their journey that would ultimately conclude their story.
Given what happened at the end of Collide, it lead to a lot of back and forth, with constant pushing and pulling between Liv and Sawyer. Creating the distance that had been between them once before to open up yet again. All from misunderstandings and secrets being kept.
It made for a deeply felt, vulnerable and emotional storyline, with moments of laughter and happiness sprinkled in too. Along with a spoon full of spice that came in the form of steam Liv and Sawyer brought when they succumbed to their desires within the presence of one another.
Although, relationship drama aside the two were also dealing with their own personal baggage that weighed them down, which just so happen to play apart in their relationship too. This was where the storyline expanded, since the focus had us seeing what exactly Liv and Sawyer were dealing with when away from each other. Given the drama that was going on within school and in Liv’s case her family.

The effortless detailed that was explored within the characters let Piper showcase an even more extensive character development. Allowing us to see just how far they both had come from the beginning, until now.
Liv finally came out of her shell fully, showing what a strong and fierce woman she truly was. Having fought her way throughout the obstacles that came her way. Proving she was a fighter.
As for Sawyer his exterior had been cracked out, making him go from being dark, broody and cold, to allowing himself to feel emotions and convey them to others too. In this case, his love for Liv truly shined through, once he opened up to accepting it all.
Honestly seeing their transformations within their growth was truly beautiful, especially in Sawyer’s case.

Overall, Piper did a great job writing the conclusion to Liv and Sawyer’s story Claim. Having put together a unique series that was Off-Limits, giving the spin she put onto the storyline that revolved around a Taboo, Student/Teacher Forbidden Romance.

A Worthy Conclusion to a Great Series! Amazing Story & Audible Listen🎧

Claim
Off-Limits, Book 3
By: Piper Lawson
Narrated by: Connor Crais, Vanessa Edwin

The ‘Off-Limits” series has been an emotional rollercoaster ride, and Piper Lawson’s delivers a conclusion that will put a smile on your face, a conclusion worthy and deserving for Sawyer and Olivia, who were put through the wringer and had to work hard for a HEA. In a surprising twist at the end of the second book, Collide, we watched Olivia lose it all, everything she worked hard for plus some. She felt Sawyer’s betrayal because he did not stand up for her and it was he was just another disappointment she does not need in her life. Olivia may have been knocked down, but she is not about to give up and looks for other options to finish her education. Her family drama is at an all-time high, but she deals with that too. Things fall into place for her nicely, but the one thing missing is the one who left a hole in her heart. Not all is what is seems with Sawyer, he is trying to make things right and get Olivia back into school, he is also doing some soul searching. Then there is the project she was working on is school, which they bounced her from, but a surprising ally makes a proposition she can’t refuse. I loved how everything played out in this book, all the storylines are wrapped up nicely, and issues are resolved. The story is wonderfully written and plotted with the perfect balance of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions, and steamy romance. Piper Lawson, thank you for this amazing story, series and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧And for the amazing narration, Connor Crais and Vanessa Edwin’s exceptional performance of bringing these characters and story to life continues. I loved how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable and just as I pictured the characters to sound. They set the perfect tone for the story and captured all the character’s emotions and had you feeling every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another wonderful listen.

We finally get to read the epic conclusion of Sawyer and Liv. The last book left us off at a jaw dropping cliff hanger of Sawyer almost getting fired but the students (and Liv) rushed into plead his case to save him which resulted in Sawyer getting saved and Liv getting expelled. The book picks up right where we left off and thank goodness for that. We're hoping to see Liv's academic career get salvaged, what the conclusion of the Stars competition is, and if Liv and Sawyer can make it through this big hurdle to their relationship.

SPOILERS BELOW

Let me start off by saying that I don't fully support why Sawyer didn't defend Liv. I understand where he was coming from but, to me, I just don't feel like that outweighed the alternative. Maybe I'm just a romantic and I like big gestures. Of course, I'm glad that everything ended up working out because I was in desperate need of a HEA. Sawyer really redeems himself and opens up to Liv despite his natural inclination to be closed off and I can really appreciate that character growth. But, the character growth that has me standing on my seat, applauding is Liv. She really learns to take control of her life and her future and fight for what she wants and that makes me ecstatic. Also, I was gearing up to read a fight between them with her internship and I'm really glad that that didn't result in a fight. I think that showed exactly how their future is going to play out just by how supportive they were of each other with the decisions that were made there.

In conclusion, this book had some great spice with a variety of scenes that I haven't seen before along with a great storyline in between. You get some grumpy characters you grow to love and some inspiring characters that you just want to support. If you loved The Hunted Series by Ivy Smoak, this one is going to be right up your alley and I'm really glad I found Piper Lawson through the Hot Summer Nights anthology. Read this series!

A trilogy with two cliffhangers revolving around a Professor 10 years older than his student who is 20 years old and a second year engineering major. This series Off Limits is about Professor/student relationships. The MC's h Olivia Barclay & H. Sawyer Redmond meet at a bar before University starts. He doesn't realize she is a student but after he finds out, he know they have to end their relations but the chemistry is too great and hard to resist. Before they know it, Kat and Jules, Olivia's roomates know, Daniel, Sawyer's best friend knows and next Madison, Olivia's STARS team mate and Sawyer's student knows, plus the Uni, Dean's secretary knows. Eventually Adam, Olivia's old longtime boyfriend knows and finks on them. Next thing you know Sawyer is allowed to stay and teach but Olivia is booted out over a slight technicality. She goes to New York and lives with her parents and sister eventually accepting a ballet teaching job back in the Russel Uni town Emerson. Sawyer is investigating the trail of money at the Uni and trying to get Olivia reinstated, also helping her with recommendations from Uni Profs so she can get into Columbia as plan B. The team is still working on the Stars engineering competition and they created DORY an underwater robot to do remedial work to keep the ocean healthy. There team comes in first place with another engineering team and they both receive $500,000 and Olivia is invited to do her practicum in California. In the fall she comes home to a wonderful houseparty and Sawyer fixed up his room to make her feel welcome. They declare their love for each other. I gave this 3 stars.

Claim
Off-Limits, Book 3
By: Piper Lawson
Narrated by: Connor Crais, Vanessa Edwin

Finally, I get to see where this all goes! After book two's cliffhanger, I was left wondering just what was going to happen! Olivia is left in limbo as she now needs to make some decisions about her future. Sawyer has left her high and dry, at least that is what she is thinking! And her team comes through needing some help and knowing exactly where to get it. But where does this leave the forbidden couple? Will Sawyer continue his quest and move to New York? Will Olivia finish her schooling? How will the team do now that it is shaken up? Lawson has me invested in all the outcomes! I need to see just where the robot goes, if it will work and do they make it to the competition! It's like I am part of that team and need to see it through. Sawyer proves to be quite a man, much more than I think he even realized as he makes life changing decisions. And Olivia finds out just how things are not always as they seem. This series is full of forbidden goodness, family drama and a bit of craziness all coming together in the end. Loved this series!

Connor Crais and Vanessa Edwin conclude the series with their incredible voices. Crais's warm tones keep Sawyer in good graces for me. He is a tough character, very conflicted and Crais navigates all of his feelings perfectly. Olivia is much more straight forward, isn't afraid to say what is on her mind, and Edwin gives her that independent, strong woman feel. I loved this combination and they made the listen!

Claim is the third and final book in Piper Lawson's forbidden student-teacher series Off-Limits, and is the conclusion to Sawyer and Olivia's angsty story.
Claim picks up right where Collide left off.
After what happened at the end of Collide, Olivia packs up her things and goes home. Ignoring Sawyer's calls and texts, she cannot move past the hurt she felt when Sawyer just sat there and didn't fight for her.
Sawyer isn't willing to let Olivia get away easily but after what happened at the meeting, he may not have stuck up for her then but he is working hard behind the scenes to make it right.
Despite Olivia trying to keep her distance from Sawyer, love like theirs is unavoidable and unescapable, no matter what has happened Sawyer and Olivia cannot stay away from each other.
"No matter what happened this fall or how he treated me, there's a flame deep in my chest that burns for him. It can flicker and change colors, burn hotter and cooler with the seasons or my soul, but it won't ever go out."
So what will this mean for Olivia's degree, Sawyer's job and The Stars completion? Will Sawyer and Olivia be able to move past all the obstacles standing in their way?
Read Claim to find out if Sawyer and Olivia get their happily ever after!
I loved Claim, it was the perfect end to Sawyer and Olivia's story and I'm a little sad it's finished! I could not put Claim down and finished it in one sitting!
I received an arc of Claim and I am voluntarily leaving my review.

As we saw at the conclusion of Collide, Olivia now has to deal with the consequences of her illicit romance with her professor, losing everything that she has worked so hard for, including Sawyer.

Sawyer has a lot of apologizing to do in this story, if he has any intentions on winning her back. He not only has to prove himself to Olivia but also to himself. She definitely is not going to make this easy for him, no matter how much she loves and craves him.

After losing it all, her family security, her bright future that she planned for and her relationship with the man she loved, Olivia has picked herself up from the bottom and does what she needs to in order to survive. What would be a life ending catastrophe for some, Olivia has grown into a more confident, resourceful and intelligent woman as the series went on. She is determined, she refuses to let nothing and no one get in her way of pursuing her dreams, especially not a shattered heart.

”If this is how you look at your mistakes.” he breathes, shoving the wet hair from his face. “I’ll gladly be the last mistake you ever make.”

Sawyer screwed the pooch on this one. Royally He lost Olivia and deserves to be alone. She refuses to give him any chance to talk to her. (Can anyone really blame her) She needs time to figure things out with the added unnecessary drama that Sawyer happens to bring. He let her down in so many ways and now he has to fight his way back to her and fix what he broke. (Her trust, her dreams, and her heart)

I loved the character growth throughout the series.
Sawyer: learns how to love and trust and fight for that love.
Olivia: breaks free from her parents and finds her strength

**Audiobook Review**

What a great conclusion to Olivia and Sawyer’s story! I have loved this trilogy so much. “Claim” is a steamy, angsty, and entertaining conclusion to their forbidden romance.

Picking right up where the last book left off at, Olivia is at rock bottom. Her dream has turned into a nightmare and she basically needs to start over. Sawyer is also at a crossroads when Olivia ends things with him because of circumstances that have been happening at school. Sawyer is not ready to give up on what he and Olivia have.

I love the chemistry and connection they had right from the beginning. I could feel it as I listened and it only grew stronger with each obstacle they faced. They both had to fight for what they wanted. In life, in their professional life and with each other. Olivia never gave up on her dreams and worked her way back. Sawyer was a big part of helping her and was the perfect man to have in her corner. They had to work to overcome everything and proved that you can do anything with the right person.

Connor Crais and Vanessa Edwin were amazing as Sawyer and Olivia. Both of their performances were so passionate and brought the story alive beautifully. I love listening to them separately and I love them even more together. Their styles compliment each other perfectly.

Claim
Off Limits #3
Piper Lawson
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Claim is the perfect ending to the Off Limits trilogy, where Crave and Collide were filled with dramas at every turn for this taboo couple, Claim pulled everything together, like the glue to any project or in hi case the screws for Dory!

When Olivia was thrown out of Russell University, her life was upside down, she’d lost everything she’d worked for, but the biggest hurt was losing Sawyer, or worse him not fighting for her… As Liv started her new life, that Sawyer part was always there, so when he comes to her apologies in spades happiness bloomed in my stomach. Sawyer and Olivia are the perfect couple and while life threw many obstacles their way, funding Forever is all I ever wanted!

“I’m more in love with him than I knew was possible. He treats me like gold—not something sacred and fragile, but something to be appreciated and enjoyed.” I loved this quote, I think it sums Sawyer and Olivia, & The Off Limits Trilogy.

Thank you popper Lawson for creating another amazing storyline and another set of characters fall in love with ♥️

"This place taught me to stand on my own feet, but it wasn't classes. It was you."

Olivia is going through a challenging time and Collide's ending shows that their relationship has faced a new challenge...no spoilers AND Olivia is going through her own journey. Sawyer is on a mission to make sure his Liv / Cherry is safe and win her back. GET READY for the heart strings ❤️

"I couldn't bring myself to text her because the conversation we need to have won't happen in pixels."

I love this quote and it's straight to the point talk in out NOT texting. This is when I knew Sawyer is trying to win her back and face his own demons. And we understand his actions and he did save just that she can't see it yet...AND we learn more about Sawyer family and there a heart breaking surpise...no spoilers

🍒 I love that they reference back to their first meeting "It's was vodka, not rain. Super classy."

I hope Daniel & his son Andy get a story. He is team Sawyer & Olivia 🎉

I love this series so much and I can just feel the bound that Liv & Sawyer share. Their relationship has been through a journey and the last sentence in this book will make you smile😍

I love a good conclusion to a trilogy and after being thrown off a cliff in the last book having to wait for this was intense, but well worth it. Piper Lawson gave them the perfect and hard fought ending they deserved. Sawyer and Olivia went through a lot within these 3 books and still came out better in the end. Sometimes going through hard times can show you what you are made of and this was no small task for either of them.

This story was done amazingly and I have loved all of Piper Lawson's stories. They are at times light hearted and funny but can also turn a corner fast into the steamy and oh my real fast. Her characters have their flaws but some are stronger because of them. Olivia just wanted to do something different than what her parents wanted her to do. Sawyer was just trying to close a chapter of his life he though was a painful time but found something out about his dad that cleared up a lot for him. This book was about finding their way in the world and showing that taking risks was worth it.

Overall, I really enjoyed this trilogy. The professor/student relationship was highly forbidden as the two are also working closely together on a project that could bring a lot of recognition to the department and each of the student's involved. This final book picks up right where the last left off, with Olivia having been expelled from school and Sawyer being cleared of all wrongdoing. There were a lot of questions and situations that were left up in the air. Will Olivia get to finish her degree? Will Sawyer forgive her for not following him to New York? What will happen with the competition? You've gotta read this one to find out. I did listen to this as an audiobook and the narrators did an amazing job keeping me engaged. This one did feel a little long, which says a lot as it's a short listen at just under 5 hours regular speed, but I have been waiting for this one for so long nothing was going to distract me from it. All questions were answered. All loose ends were tied up and we are left with a HEA that was hard earned for everyone involved.
