+ Enhanced to request other people's perspective of mine in useful way at knowing yourself section.
+ Strength limitations, loved
- Developing brand seem passed little oversight, could be enhance.
- Communicating section seems up to date, good to read
+ Some topics needs practice, repetition and implementation which curious for feedbacks, but worth to try.

Generally, loved know yourself and planning sections. It must read, very valuable suggestions.
