Книжка написана нейморвіно сухо і абстрактно. Вся вона читається як ось це речення:

При аналізі ситуації враховуйте прийняті дії, культурні відмінності і бізнес контекст. Зробіть акцент на колаборацію, кооперацію і комунікацію.

Речення я вигадав, але як на мене воно чудово передає відчуття після книжки - відчуття порожнечі в голові.

Деяка інформація взагалі не "up to date". У розділі Selling побачите рекомендацію отримати декілька Так на підготовані питання, щоб потім клієнт відповів так на вашу пропозицію. "Ніколи не йти на компроміс" проти цього, бо з такою рекомендацією появляються маніпулятивні сейлзи з питаннями "А чи любите ви пити воду?".
Зважаючи на це нема довіри і до іншої інформації в книжці.

Не рекомендую.
