Montana Daddies #11

Her Daddies' Saving Grace

Rate this book
Can she find happiness with not one Daddy but two?

A childhood tragedy made Juliet withdraw into herself. Only the love of her overprotective, insane brother helped pull her out... sort of.
He’s loved her for years, but Xavier knows Juliet is too fragile for his darker needs. So he watches from afar, never claiming her as his.
Then grouchy, bossy Brick barrels his way into her life. Brick isn’t subtle, and he doesn’t like the word no.
And Xavier realizes he might have made the biggest mistake of his life.
Juliet is his. But she’s also Brick’s.
With a threat to her life, can they work together to keep her safe?

Warning: Contains not one bossy Daddy, but two. And a quirky heroine with a sad past who needs their love. Age play, spanking and all the good stuff. MFM.

There’s only one author that can write a story with Daddies that take their sweet time before taking their little and make me love it all,and that’s Laylah Roberts.
So,when i found the ARC of the 11th Montana Daddies,Her Daddies Saving Grace,in my inbox,i didn’t have to think twice about getting my hands on it.
And,even though these Daddies take their sweet time again,i enjoyed every minute of this sweet beauty!

Juliet is different, shy, and quiet, she prefers to spend her time at home,in her special place.
But she knows she has to go into the real world at least some of the time,so she works a few hours in the local library four days a week, and goes to quiz night with her bestie Kiesha at the Wishing Well on thursdays.
Her big halfbrother Reuben, aka Big Bad Wolf, is a force to be reckoned with, and everyone in Wishingbone knows it.
But when he’s forced to deal with a cyndicate he crossed,he knows he has to make sure his Mini is safe first.
JSI has their hands full,so he’s forced to hire Brick,Elias and Sterling.
Only,Juliet doesn’t deal very well with strangers,so it takes some convincing to make her let them into her house….

Knowing how she’ll react to his call,Reuben asks Xavier to check up on Juliet, because he’s one of her safe places.
Xavier knows her through and through, and manages to soothe her out of the panic attack he finds her in.
Thinking she’s ok for the moment,he leaves when his mother calls with an urgent question.
He hates leaving Juliet all alone, and if it were up to him,he’d have claimed his Twink years ago.
But he knows his needs are too dark for her…..right?

Waking up,Juliet is sad to find Xavvy left her alone.
But she knows she should be glad he was there to help when she needed him.
If only he could always be there,as her Daddy, but that’s never going to happen…..right?
Because who in his right mind would want someone like her…..
Letting Brick into her house is taking all she has,but when she finds out there are two more men in the house, strangely enough Brick is the one she hides behind.
Somehow, even though he’s mr. Grumpy Butt,he makes her feel safe straight away…..

This new assignment is not what Brick was waiting for,but after his ex not only cheated on him,but took his money too,he can’t be choosy.
Juliet Jones comes with a long list of instructions that sound ridiculous, but he’ll have to work with them.
Seeing her though….feeling her pressed into him when she panicks?
That calls out to his Daddy, but why?
As he gets to know this little Duchess,he starts to understand why….
And he knows she needs him. As much as he starts to need her.
But then, when Xavier returns,he sees how he looks at her. And his little Duchess at him.
What do do?

Juliet was traumatized, and i felt for her.
Her anxiety was bonedeep, but with the help of blunt force Brick, she started to blossom.
The brat that emerged at times was beautiful to watch.
The way Brick and Xavier put her happiness first was heartwarming.
Juliet’s happiness was the most important thing to both, and they were determined to give her exactly what she needed.

Even though Brick played with Juliet, and even though there were sexy times,it took a long time before anything real happened.
But,given her traumas, and the insecurities of both men in some aspects of the relationship department,it didn’t bother me.
They took the time they needed, and i was very happy with the endresult!

A really solid start but then became repetitive and I had to eye roll at how many bad characters appeared one after the other in the bathroom.

4.5 stars.
I loved this book.
Juliet, the quiet, timid woman finally gets her HEA. After we’ve seen her in some past books, being the best friend she can be to the other girls.
And with 2 men who love and protect her instead of just one.
This was such a sweet story.
I love the character development that happens for each of these characters.
Brick starts out jaded and bitter towards the world, putting his past on Juliet before even meeting her. But as soon as he sees her he starts to soften. And by the end he’s found true happiness with his Duchess.
Juliet has some conflicting feelings though. She’s always been in love with her long time friend Xavier. But he’s never shown her anything other than a close friendship.
And Xavier. Once he finds out some other man has claimed his best friend, he realizes he has deep feelings for her, but maybe too late.
Juliet doesn’t want to hurt Brick like he has been in the past. And Xavier wants his Twink happy but doesn’t think he can watch another man give her that.
That’s when Brick really grows into himself. Putting his Duchess first and bringing them all together.

It’s so sweet.
And the age play, the sex, and the domination that runs throughout the book is so hot and satisfying.
Laylah really does the DD/lg dynamic the best in my opinion. She always makes sure to add the best written consent and limit conversations that just flow so well into the rest of the story they feel natural. Showing just how sexy active consent truly is.

I loved this addition to the series and as always I’m already itching to get my hands on the next book she releases.
I’ll be counting down the days to September when the newest MC Daddy book is scheduled to come out.

4.5 stars.

Just as good the second time around.
*sigh*
I just can’t get over how much I love these books.
So heartwarming and beautiful to watch them all grow and find happiness.

Based on the cover, I wasn’t expecting to love this one but I did! I was also happy with how the relationship played out and developed. I think it was the right call that the h and Brick established a relationship before Xavier was brought in. I also like that it was the h in any way that initiated starting the three of them being together, otherwise I would’ve felt like Xavier was more important.

This is the eleventh in Ms. Roberts' series about Daddy Doms and their Littles. Though one third of the throuple is introduced here, we've seen the other two (as well as most of the supporting characters) in Sheriff Daddy; thus, I'm not sure this works as a standalone.

Here, we get Juliet who, due to a series of childhood traumas, is filled with anxiety and slow to trust, and doesn't speak. When her mafia lawyer brother finds himself in hot water, he hires a bodyguard to protect his sister. Soon said bodyguard and Juliet start a relationship, but where does that leave Juliet's old friend and unrequited crush, Xavier?

I really wanted to like this more than I did, but I'll start with the positives. As always, Ms. Roberts writes consensual kink scenes; humorous dialogue and inner monologues; and clearly defined, likeable characters -- including men laser-focused on their woman. Often, in plural relationship romances, it's hard to keep the characters straight, but Brick and Xavier were very different. In addition, I thought the conflict between the two men was interesting: unlike other ménages I've read, Brick and Xavier don't have a preexisting relationship; thus, we see their connection grow as much as we see Juliet's and her men's.

That said, although I think others will like this, this entry wasn't for me. Some of this is personal taste: Juliet's Little is younger than I enjoy and I'm not a ménage fan. Even given this, however, I didn't really see the point of making this a ménage: there was no compelling reason for Juliet to be with both and I felt that the addition of Xavier, with whom she has had, ironically, a much longer, closer relationship (and who I would have preferred to see her with), was really an afterthought.

At times the editing was distracting since I think the men's names were transposed at points

Finally, I realize that my main problem with this author's books (and why I find it so difficult to rate them) is that I really like the first halves and am bored with the second. Her books are simply too long, too repetitious, and often anti-climatic (this has one of the most out-of-left field and unnecessary climaxes I've seen in any book). Once her MC's get together, not a whole lot happens and yet I look at my kindle to see that we've still got about 60% of...nothing I find that compelling (I realize that others will enjoy the many kink scenes; for me, they're just too repetitious).

3 stars. I do think others will enjoy this book; it just wasn't for me. I would like to see a book about Reuben -- he's an interesting character.

Not as good as others in the series...Rather stale.

I thought this story was the weakest in the series and didn't enjoy it as much as some of the others. The plot was forced in my opinion and in actuality did nothing for the story except bring in bodyguards.
The dynamics between the main characters seemed wrong. Xavier came across as a weaker, lesser character while Brick seemed so much more dominant and forceful. There was no spontaneity in their intimate actions at all. It was 'do this, do that....' and Juliet was a wet blanket. She had no independence of thought at all, a puppet whose strings were pulled by two men. There were no fresh ideas in the story as they had all played out in previous books in the series. It all seemed rather stale.

This is a simply fantastic read, riveting continuation in this series
This was a simply wonderful read that I know you as a reader will enjoy as thoroughly as myself and this is because I have to say that this wonderful book is filled with wonderful characters and a great scenario and wonderful continuation to this series.
Juliet lives by herself now as her very well-known brother Reuben lives and works in the city as an attorney who has found himself in a very sticky situation and now, he is being threatened and this also means that his sister is now under threat so he arranges for three bodyguards to watch over her.
Juliet and her fragile health are suffering terribly with the three-body guard that have come into her home and as she can see how worried her brother is she knows she has to go along with things for the time being. Brick cannot quite understand the young woman that is his charge is turning him into an over anxious suitor especially as he is feeling very deep instincts where Juliet is concerned.
AS Juliet starts to feel for the first time a certain amount of safety in Bricks arms and his touch as well as the discipline he has dealt out when she has allowed her little to make an appearance as well as he is very much a Daddy and he wants nothing more than to care for her.
However. there is another man in her life a long-term friend that knows her past history and has gone out of his way to ensure that she is as safe and health as possible. Visiting her often to ensure she has been taking her medicine, eating and remembering to sleep. However, what he has failed to tell her is how he truly feels for this beautiful and delicate woman that has endured so much.

I assure you that you will love every moment of this book it is simply a fantastic read.
I voluntarily received and review an Advanced Reader Copy
I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.

There was so many things in this book by Laylah Roberts that will make you smile. Make you sad, and sigh with pure bliss. It has the right blend of heart, heat, and emotions. There were touch's of humor scattered throughout. As these characters grew closer, they completed each other There were meant to be together.

I think that of all of the books in this series, Juliet’s story touched me the most She was one sad and vulnerable little, but she did grow a spine when it came to choosing between her daddies and her brother. Past trauma had left her dealing with anxiety, abandonment issues, nightmares, and panic attacks. I loved the unique way that she soothed herself. Brick and Xavier were as different as night and day except for their need to keep Juliet safe and happy. Brick was dominant, sexy, moody with trust issues but he went and fell for a complicated, confusing, beautiful girl who needed him. Could he trust her. Xavier was Juliet’s best friend. His friendship with her brother made her
off-limits. Had he denied his feelings for Juliet too long? Was there a chance of
happiness for the three of them. Was Juliet the light at the end of the tunnel? The glue that held them all together.

Another entertaining story by this talented author.A great way to put a smile on your face.Read and enjoy.

I started this book and I thought to myself, nope, there's no way. How can Laylah get this story to a believable ménage. I mean heck, these two guys don't even know each other exist, let alone like each other enough to get to this point. I shouldn't have doubted Laylah though. She pulls this off magically, making my doubts seem ridiculous. Of course Juliet would get two men, of course Xavier and Brick work out their differences. The amazing part is how she writes it so that it's all believable and enjoyable. I love these three together and their HEA is I all could have asked for and more. Juliet is one lucky Little Girl.

Love wins every time

It’s not surprise how much I loved this book! I’ve been a fan of Laylah’s for well over a year now and have read everything in her Daddy worlds.

Seeing Juliet find her HEA with not one, but two hot and sexy protective men? Swoon!
I loved how Brick didn’t treat her like glass when the rest of the world did. She needed that from someone and he gave it to her!
I also love the amount of sass Juliet had when I wouldn’t have guessed it from the earlier books.

If you enjoy Laylah’s work, this one is a definite must to add to your collection!

Enjoyable but quite a few issues with the plot spoilt it.

While I enjoyed parts of this book, there were a huge amount of issues that spoilt it for me. Juliet has obviously had something traumatic happen to her, that has affected her whole life. She can barely talk to people she knows really well apart from to whisper to them, and strangers she can’t talk to at all. The whole town knows about her issues, and she’s got friends (If you can call them that.) in Keisha, Isa and Georgia. She’s also got her brother Rheuban who doesn’t live with her, and yet NO ONE tries to help her! No one encourages her to seek help, or even go round to her house to see her and get her out. As apart from a few hours at the library and quiz nights, she never leaves her house. The author never really explains why Juliet’s voice is the way that it is. I think we’re supposed to assume why.

When Reuben Juliet’s brother is in trouble with one of his clients, (As he’s a lawyer for the mafia.) he employs bodyguards for Juliet. Brick runs his own security firm but in a stupid plot that didn’t make any sense, his girlfriend and his accountant stole all his money and somehow ruined his reputation. Really don’t understand that plot. So Brick has a chip on his shoulders against all women and at times he’s horrid to Juliet. Brick brings his friends Elias and Sterling to help him guard her, as apparently they don’t have jobs? Again it’s not explained!

Somehow Juliet and Brick fall in love, and I still don’t understand how. Then there’s the added addition of Xavier. Xavier was Reuben’s best friend, and has always wanted Juliet, but thought she could never cope with his sexual needs and his daddy dom. Xavier was a huge problem for me. He didn’t seem like a daddy at all. He could hardly dominate Juliet when they’re in a relationship. As he treats her like everyone does as though she’s damaged. Xavier can’t even stand up to his demanding parents, so he’s hardly a strong character.

Juliet after falling in love with Brick is still in love with Xavier, and they start a really weird awkward ménage, at SEVENTY PERCENT!!! So by then Juliet and Brick are in a relationship and it was WEIRD AND AWKWARD! Brick and Xavier don’t like each other and at times can hardly tolerate each other, so how are they going to have a ménage?

There’s a tiny amount of sex which is really hot, but it is a tiny amount. Yet again everything exciting happens at the end of book.

Her Daddies’ Saving Grace is the eleventh book in Laylah Roberts, Montana Daddies series. In this book, readers meet three dynamic lead characters—Juliet Jackson, Xavier Marson, and Brenton Brick Sampson. A childhood traumatic event left her a selective mute with deep emotional wounds restricting her life. Her only living relative, an older brother, Reuben Jones, provides for her with the help of Xavier, a long-time friend and a doctor. Circumstances in Reuben’s life jeopardize her safety causing him to hire Brick Sampson and his associates to be her bodyguard. Soon, Juliet discovers she has romantic feelings for both Brick and Xavier. What will she do? How will two dominant alphas react to a possible menage? Is Juliet in danger? You must read this book to discover what happens.

I enjoyed Ms. Roberts’ romantic suspense story. Her characters, both primary and secondary, are complex with multiple layers. I loved the chemistry between Juliet, Brick, and Xavier. Their conversational and internal dialog was well-written. Juliet’s rambling monologues revea her thoughts whenever she was nervous makes her adorable and adds humor to this story. I liked that Ms. Roberts used a two-prong plot. One prong being the romance and the other the suspense of the actions of the threats from Reuben’s life in Boston to create tension in her plot. Ms. Roberts used dialog and descriptive language to move her plot along. Ms. Roberts used descriptive language to paint vivid pictures. The scene in the restroom when Juliet is threatened is a good example. I thought it was clever of Ms. Roberts seamlessly linked this book to characters from other books in this series. She did it seamlessly. I enjoyed this captivating romantic suspense story. Way to go, Ms. Roberts.

I’m in love 😍

WARNING! This contains themes that aren’t for everyone so be sure to check out the description and warnings first.

~Sweet, shy Juliet only speaks to those she trusts. When her safety is compromised because of her brother, she has to open her home to bodyguards. Brick was ruined by his ex-wife. Not wanting that again, he tries to push Juliet away. Xavier has been her best friend for 2 years, even though he’s wanted more. He never thought she would be up for the harder aspects of himself.. Imagine his devastation when he leaves for a few days and comes back to her no longer single.~

I’ve adored Juliet since we first met her in previous books. And knowing the entire town is scared of her brother kills me. 😂 I REALLY hope we get his story at some point. I would die a happy person.

I really love this trio. The way Brick put Juliet’s needs before his own and invited Xavier to be part of their relationship was.. WOW. SWOON. 😍 I love him so much. Seeing them work together to make her happy is honestly so beautiful. I mean, is this too much to ask for?! Juliet is one lucky girl.

Who should Juliet choose? Xavier, the man who is her best friend, knows how to calm her anxiety and fulfils her secret desires? Or Brick, the man who protects her even from herself, shows her how to build a fort and exudes dominance? Maybe both? But will she step into the role of submissive and keep them on their toes?

I have been a fan of Laylah Roberts for some time and I can say, without a doubt, that I have read all her books and love them, especially because I like their protagonists and I do not find them unsympathetic and spoiled as I usually do with almost all stories of ageplay but there are exceptions. For example, Frankie from her Old-fashioned saga. And, it pains me to say it, but this time I found Juliet a bit irritating.

In general, I have liked her. She is shy, good girl, sweet but with a complicated past, like all the protagonists of Laylah Roberts. However, it has annoyed me a bit to see her all the time stuck in her bubble, without leaving it, all the time playing dolls, being a Little and ignoring everything else. Other than going to work, I haven't seen her try to deal with her problems, even if it's going to therapy. When her bodyguards first came, she didn't want to let them in even though they were calling her and even her brother had to call her to tell her to do so. She complained at the beginning that Brick is too rude, direct and does what he wants and it is true, but I have not felt that she was exactly nice to them, and sometimes she was annoyed by them just because she did not want to have them in house (considering that she lives in a huge house paid for by her brother).

And that's another issue. Basically she is a kept woman, she works in a library but she herself admits that she does it just to leave the house and do something with her life, but she has all the comforts of a wealthy person thanks to the work of her brother. This collides with the way Laylah Roberts casts her protagonists, as almost all of them come from shitty family backgrounds and basically have to rely on themselves alone, no matter what emotional baggage they carry. They have bills and things to pay. In Juliet's case, she can afford to be in her bubble all day because she has an older brother who supports and spoils her in everything, and so she doesn't bother to change. With others she behaves like a coward but with Brick suddenly she has character and is moody. I do not understand.

I repeat, I did not like her as bad as you think, but I did not like her as much as I usually do with the protagonists of Laylah Roberts, and I must add that her best friend, Keisha or Kesha or something like that, I like her super bad and she looks like she's going to become a future protagonist, so we'll see.

I am excited and nervous at the same time as this October 20 we will have the story of Lottie, the sister of the Malones from New Jersey and basically the only woman in the clan. From what we know of other stories, such as Alec Malone or Jardin Malone, she was kidnapped and beaten years ago and since then she has not been the same again, she does not leave home, she does not eat, she injures herself and is traumatized.

I've been waiting for Lottie's story for a long time, but I'm afraid she's a bit like Juliet. I have a feeling that Lottie's past is going to be darker, but by God, I want to see her try to overcome her fears, not be locked up at home under the protection of her siblings and deceiving herself that all is well. What happened was years ago, so I just hope that Lottie has a little more willpower than Juliet and that she doesn't spend most of the novel locked in her room.

“Her Daddies Saving Grace” is book 11 in the ‘Montana Daddies’ series by Laylah Roberts. I think you can read this as a stand-alone, but you’ll have a much better understanding of two of the main characters and many of the secondary characters. if you've read book 10.

Juliet is a grown woman who’s also a Little. For reasons finally revealed in this book, she’s painfully shy and anxious, and she doesn’t talk. There are a couple of people she just whispers to very privately and that’s it. Her brother Rueben is a character shrouded in mystery. He’s devoted to Juliet but frightens other people. When he finds out some bad people are after him, Rueben hires private bodyguards to protect his precious sister. Brick, the lead bodyguard, is a big man with even bigger issues centered around trust. He’s also very much a Daddy Dom, which totally thrills Juliet. The immediate connection between him and Juliet takes them both by surprise, but it quickly becomes apparent that they satisfy deep emotional needs in one another. Meanwhile, Juliet’s long-time friend Xavier has always assumed that because she’s sweet she couldn’t possibly handle his darker desires. It’s a huge and devastating miscalculation that Xavier realizes he will regret forever when he finds out she's entered into a relationship with Brick. As the story unfolds, Brick himself has a realization; for Juliet to be truly happy, and thoroughly cared for in every way, the three of them need to figure out how to have a permanent triad relationship because she loves both men. At first, I couldn’t figure out how the author was going to achieve the type of relationship that was clearly the destination of the story. Brick and Xavier barely know one another, and what they know about each other they don't like. She actually accomplishes it in a wonderful way, which shouldn't even be a surprise because she's great at writing these stories.

There are some extremely funny moments in this book. A scene in the bathroom at the bar is kind of over-the-top ridiculous, but funny too. The back stories of the three main characters are each surprisingly heartbreaking. The secondary characters in this story are fantastic, and they contribute a lot to the entertainment. I really hope there will be a book about Juliet’s hilarious friend Keisha and her nemesis, the guy in the red truck. And I can’t wait for a story about Juliet’s brother Reuben, especially now that we got some tantalizing details about some of the reasons why he terrifies everybody else.

The couple: Juliet, Xavier, Brick

Romance genre: DDlg; menage
Series: Montana Daddies
Length: 393 pages

Plot: Juliet lives a fairly reclusive life. After suffering trauma as a child, she lives in a massive house built for her by her overprotective brother. She does go out; she has a part-time job at the library and she goes to trivia night every week. But she still can't talk to people (literally - she doesn't talk) and now that her brother has found himself in trouble with the mafia, she needs protection. He sends her Brick (and two of his associates) to act as a bodyguard. At first, Brick sees her as a poor little rich girl, spoiled and stubborn, but as he gets to know her, he finds that there is much more to her. But in the background is Xavier, a longtime friend of her brother and her best friend. He has loved her forever but thinks that she could never accept what he needs from her. They'll all have to find a way to come together so that they can each be happy.

Commentary: It would be difficult to find two heroes more different from each other. Brick is brash and straightforward while Xavier is smooth and keeps things to himself. Xavier is as damaged as Brick in his own way though, believing he doesn't belong with Juliet not just because he thinks she can't handle his needs (or rather, shouldn't have to), but also because he doesn't think he deserves it after what happened at his last hospital. Brick, on the other hand, is damaged because of what his ex-wife did, which of course was out of his control (although he does mention at some point that he didn't pay her as much attention as he should have). But I felt the saddest for Juliet; how on earth had she made it through so many years without effective help for the trauma she suffered? Her brother made sure that her life was comfortable, and he destroyed all obstacles and challenges, but still - if she had therapy, it hadn'tworked, and he never pushed for more. I felt like there was something missing there. Then again, her brother had his own issues that led back to the same problem. But I did notice that this menage worked the same as the last one - it didn't start out as one but added the second man because they both loved her and decided she needed them both. In the previous menage (Heal Me Daddy), the two men knew each other (well - they were brothers), but one of them had to bring the other in because it started as a traditional couple relationship. The same thing happened here, but the two men didn't know each other and had to develop their (non-romantic relationship at the same time as the menage relationship. I think that's an interesting dynamic with lots of room for misunderstanding! The book didn't go thateep though, and I was happyto keept he focus on Juliet.

Absolutely perfect 👌🏻

I could not get enough of this book! This may be, by far, my most favorite out of this series! I would buy up every book Laylah Roberts writes, if they were menage/reverse harem, where the fmc was a Little, her men were her Daddies and the plot having to do with protecting their Little as this book was like. What made this book stand out from all the other hundreds of menage/reverse harem books I've read, was the quirky personalities (especially that of Keisha and Juliet) and the hysterical, witty commentary... I cannot explain enough, how much I love this book! Oh! And I loved the part of Juliet's overprotective big bad wolf of a brother, who supported her and protected her throughout her life, seeking vengeance on those who wronged his little sister and most of all ... How supportive Reuben, the big brother, was of Juliet's quirks, her Little and of her anxieties. It made me wish I had such a deep, close sibling bond with any of my siblings.... Though, we'd still be each other's alibi and/or body dump partner in crime if needed, lol.
Please Laylah Roberts, write more books like this one! And please make them longer because I hated putting this book down for even a second! Oooh, and please add in some fertile potential for the next menage/reverse harem... There's nothing sexier than overprotective, possessive, alpha daddies wanting to knock up there woman... Blunt, I know, but you know you're all thinking it, I'm just more willing to serve some honesty up if it means possibly getting what I want lol
Love this book! Every part of it!!!!!!!! Love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love 💕😘

Oh M Gee. This book is hilarious. It's more funny than anything. Laylah can really write some good comedic scenes. Personally, I'm not a fan of ménage. I'm an insanely jealous person and I can't help feeling torn apart when there are three people involved. Sharing isn't caring (IMO). But I love Xavier, I love Juliet, and found Brick was a good addition. Still wish there weren't three of them. Also, I'm really hoping that Rueben and Keisha get together. I can't wait to see him try to tame her. That would be EPIC. Keisha, Isa, and Cloe continue to provide epic comedy. Even though this book is way longer than what it should be, I still didn't have to skim too much of it. It was pretty funny.

Just a reminder if you're new to Laylah's style of writing:
This is a general review of ALL of Laylah's ddlg fics: (1) The shorter the book the better it is. The ones more than 200 pages tend to get boring and repetitive. (2) Laylah's books lack sex. They're more story driven. In her books, you'll be lucky if you get one sexual encounter. There's a lot of teasing, but not much of the actual act. There's also always the lead up to a** play, but never happens. So, if you read her fics for sexy times - you'll be disappointed. (3) Then there’s the repetition in each story: Every single one of these books has the following: females that blurt out their thoughts without realizing it, teasing of a** play that never happens, discussion of peeing in front of the other person, embarrassment of discussing oral sex or naming of any body parts, shock at suggestions they might be a little and that he’s a daddy dom despite being obsessed with reading ddlg fics, hints at being into BDSM except there is no BDSM in any of the books.

1 MILLION STARS FOR HER DADDIES SAVING GRACE

Juliet’s finally stepping out of the shadows, and baby—she didn’t walk into the light alone. She showed up with two Daddies who loved her differently but completely. This is the kind of MFM love triangle that doesn’t break hearts—it braids them together.

This book gave:
• 🩷 A tender, anxious heroine finally finding her voice
• 💥 Brick, the grumpy Daddy with a soft spot for his Duchess
• 🧠 Xavier, the longtime friend who’s all logic until love knocks him sideways
• 🔥 A shared journey of healing, claiming, and finding balance—together
• 🍑 Age play, discipline, possessiveness, and aftercare that heals, not harms

Juliet didn’t choose between them. They chose her—and each other. That’s the real magic here. These men shared her, not just physically, but emotionally. The jealousy, the confusion, the growth? It was raw and honest and so satisfying.

By the end, Brick wasn’t just the gruff Daddy—he became her protector and Xavier’s partner in love. And Xavier finally let go of fear to be the man Juliet always saw in him.

This book is for:
• Readers who love a slow burn into explosive devotion
• Fans of spicy MFM done with emotional depth
• Littles who crave security, softness, and a double dose of Daddy

Laylah Roberts, I don’t know how you’re making each book hit harder than the last, but keep stepping on my chest with love.

1 million stars, 2 Daddy hearts, and 3 guaranteed rereads.

HER DADDIES SAVING GRACE is the twelfth book in the Montana Daddies Series. Each story will stand on its own, but there is some interaction with previous couples.

Juliet is an introvert – nearly agoraphobic – little. She goes into the real world to work and once a week for a quiz night at the local pub with her friend, Kiesha.

Xavier is another friend. He is one of her safe places when the world becomes too much and he understand her quirky needs. So, when her big brother – The Big Bad Wolf – gets himself in trouble and decides he needs to hire protection, he calls on Xavier to make sure Juliet is handling the strangers in her house. Those strangers are Brick, Elias, and Sterling, bodyguards. Somehow, Brick (aka Mr. Grumpy Butt) makes her feel safe almost immediately.

Both Xavier and Brick resist the siren’s call of fate, but the power of fate is too strong.

I love that the men each have a different name for Juliet. Brick calls her his Duchess and Xavier calls her Twink). I loved that they always put her needs and happiness first. They may not have liked each other much, but they were a united and committed front on this idea. She was spoiled – sometimes with what she wanted, sometimes with what she needed (whether she liked it or not). That makes them wonderful Daddies.

I could feel Juliet’s panic and anxiety (probably because my own is always so close).

I loved that the relationship(s) grew slowly. It was frustrating as a reader to wait for the bow-chicka-wow-wow (hehehe), but it was necessary to make their story believable.

Great story and I look forward to reading more in this series. I hope we’ll get future glimpses into this trio. Perhaps the Big Bad Wolf will even come back and find his own little?

There has only been a few books of Ms. Roberts that I have not enjoyed, so there is always a baseline enjoyment I get from these books and I enjoyed this one like the others, but it was not my favorite. I am sad about that because I really like Juliet, Brick, and Xavier as characters, so I think they had more potential than what was executed.

I think my biggest gripe is that the is book is about a relationship between two men and one woman, but we do not really hear or see from the second man for most of the book. It almost felt like Xavier was thrown in last minute. I was hoping to read more of their relationship and how it would work, but we only get that at the very end.

I like Brick, but personally I would have preferred to read Xavier and Juliet develop their relationship and could have done without Brick. I think that would have been the more interesting and heartfelt read, to watch Xavier and Juliet go from friends to lovers with all the mutual pining in between.

As I said, I still enjoyed the book. Brick and Juliet are an interesting dynamic. I like that the heroes of these stories have their own insecurities and make mistakes. Brick had to grow just like Juliet did, and I appreciate that.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Juliet has a life of anxiety, worries and fear. There are few things that bring her out of her comfort zone. She and Xavier have secretly liked each other but believe they cannot be together for different reasons. She has a protective brother who finds out that she might be in danger. This brings Brick into the picture as one of her bodyguards. Both men feel very protective of her and have a connection with her. Juliet deserves two Daddies to care for and love her. The men have to work out their feelings and claim her. She has to be put first in their relationship. I liked the characters in this story. Both men are just what she needs to make her feel safe, whole and loved. The storyline follows along in the Montana Daddies series. It might be a little longer than necessary but it did not take away from their love story. Laylah has been one of my go to authors for a while. She writes some of the best DDlg books that I have read. I really like her MC series also.

Laughter, Tears, and Healing: Brick, Juliet, and Xavier

This eleventh in the series is one of Laylah Roberts' best novels. The emotional journey of three individuals, all wounded in their own way as they find their way to building a solid relationship is well worth the ride. I laughed so hard in parts and teared up equally. While each book has a Little, Juliet's tale really hits home. The development of Juliet's character in the hands of Ms. Roberts is stunning. The world building of the Daddies/Littles is excellent. The progression of Juliet's relationship with both Brick and Xavier is a reminder of the true magic in a Daddy/Little relationship.

I was so caught up by the intertwining of this love story that it is well worth staying up all night. I just did not want the book to end. This is a page turning and memorable read. The secondary characters are so well-written that you want more books for their stories to come.

Break out the Kleenex and be prepared to laugh, cry, and enjoy the ride.

A childhood tragedy made Juliette withdraw into herself and only the love of her very overprotective brother helped pull her out. Doctor Xavier has loved her for years but decided she was too fragile for his needs, so he watches her from afar and never claims her. Grouchy and bossy Brick barrels into her life and does not do subtle. Xavier then realises that he has blown it and that he has lost her to Brick. With a threat to her life can they work together and share her?

I really enjoyed this story with the overprotective brother in the background, the strange and quirky Juliette, the wet weekend of a doctor in Xavier who grew a backbone and the bossy Brick who was assertive and determined to take who/what he wanted. Some of the interactions were a little wooden around Xavier but it all came together nearer to the end of the book when the joint Daddy scenario was raised and then happened. Easy to read and understand it was a pleasant read. This book contains mature content with a BDSM DDLG scenario with an MFM relationship.

3 stars - hmm, the beginning was definitely good but honestly it dragged a bit.
to be fair, i’m not that into intense DD/lg stuff, but i read this bc the heroine uses one of the H’s peens as a pacifier 😋

the throuple doesn’t get together til like 80% and the end felt super rushed. i was actually confused bc after all the dragging, we had a plot intensive chapter, and then i turned the page and it was the epilogue? and then i felt like more happened in the epilogue, just for the last sentence to come about - it felt unfinished. we never even find out really what happened to the fmc’s brother, and never get closure on the other mmc’s parents and stuff.

in saying that, it wasn’t horrible. again, just not my taste.
also, the heroine was older (like 30 or sum) and it’s not my preference bc i like seeing fmc’s close to my age, but again - my preference.

some stuff was cheesy, but the smut was hot.

i liked brick more than the other dude, but that’s probably just bc he had a massive peen, mega tall, and was more hands on :P
