Gabriel Kendrick is back in town for his best friend’s wedding. Jolene Awbrey is trying her best to be angry. That he left over a decade ago, that he broke her heart, and find a way to tell him she married someone else as revenge. Every fibre of her body is telling her his return is a good thing, her lady bits are having a party to end all parties. Jolene’s brain is not convinced. Having a fling with her first love isn’t a great idea, especially as he’s leaving again straight after the wedding.
How will Jolene's heart cope? How will Gabriel react when he discovers she got married?
Born and raised in Wales, in a sleepy town just outside Cardiff, Grace developed a love of stationery at a very early age. She still can’t pass a pen shop without nipping in for a quick look around.
Writing and publishing since 2012, Grace has many books in her back catalog, all in the Romance genre. They range from Rock Star Romance to Small Town Romance and Family Sagas. Be warned, her books have a high heat level!
In a nutshell? 21st Century Romance – Writing about understated powerful women. Understated love stories with a powerful message, each and every time.
I absolutely loved reading Under the Mistletoe. Jolene, one of the Talbot girls, is a chef and restaurant owner in Talbot Bay, and this is her romance story.
Jolene and Gabriel have history, and now that he’s back in town after spending the last decade overseas, it is time to face up to that history between them both. I loved seeing the couple together. There are some heartbreaking scenes in this narrative, particularly when Jolene shares with Gabe what happened after he left for Australia. |
I am loving getting to know the group of girls whose stories make up this series. I love witnessing the girls together - they truly are the best of friends for life.
