There's More To Her Than Meets The Eye
Harper Daniels was an intelligent college student who spent most of her life flying under the radar. She was a genius with a knack for science but downplayed her intelligence since the neighborhood kids always teased her for being smart. There was one person who didn’t have a problem with her Mekhi Thomas. As her best friend since kindergarten, Mekhi had her back and would beat up anyone picking on Harper. He was her protector and Harper was his rider. On the outside looking in, everyone assumed there was more to their relationship than friendship including Mekhi’s big brother Zeke. However, Harper had a secret she was hiding from Mekhi that could either be a gift or the beginning of the end of their relationship.

Harper was determined to make good on her promise, even if it killed her. What happens next turns Harper’s world upside down when Zeke takes notice of her beauty. So good!
This amazing storyline with wonderful character development kept me turning the pages excited to see what was happening next. I enjoyed and recommend this five star read. Can’t wait to read part 2. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

I loved it!
This is a story of forbidden love. Two people who by the standard of others shouldn't be together. Harper challenges Zeke to step outside the norm and allow his best and not his "head" to guide him. Zeke brings out the more feminine side of Harper. How the dynamics will shift once they have full exposure versus speculation, I can't wait to see!

Loved it❤
I enjoyed this book which gave forbidden love. Harper was not what most thought. She was quiet but had many layers to her. I loved her friendship to Mehki. I also liked how she had the power to calm Zeke. Harpers granny was so funny to me...I cant wait to see what happens when all the secrets are out

Part 2 ASAP
Loved it. The drama between Zeke and Harper was too much! And what's really up with Mekhi??? Anyway, loved the story and would definitely recommend. Cannot wait for Part 2!!!
