I love it when a book is clear, concise, and actionable. While this book's material is not new, it is well done, making it organized, and actionable so that you can use it effectively without feeling overwhelmed. Together it is a useful tool. Glad to have found it!

This book is concise, easy to read, and even easier to use. It helps you to move forward in making and maintaining new habits through narrative and exercises in manageable chunks. While none of the information is new, how it is packaged does make a difference. I will be looking at the other books in the series as they seem to be equally helpful. My favorite part of the book is the variety of quotes.
