Simple, short and sweet! Really a great resource for anyone new to, wants to start or struggles with meditation. I also really appreciated the part on chakra's as I personally have issues remembering those, so having it spelled out simply in a book that I could easily find it again is such a blessing
This was a good book on how to meditate for beginners (like me). It mentioned various breathing and meditation exercises as well as information about your aura and chakras. I will be trying out some of the techniques mentioned!
