The first print volume of this comic features stunningly beautiful art. I'm really glad I ordered it - and I can't wait for the second volume to come out! Even after reading it online, I'm pleased to have this as a physical object as I know I will want to reread it over and over again. The storyline is heartbreaking at times and the characters are instantly loveable. More than anything, though, the art is just incredible. Every little nuance of body language and facial expression tells so much about the characters, and it's a joy to look at.
I didn't expect to like this one as much as I did. I'm a big fan of the art style, the wittiness and cockiness of Rabbit, and the patience (and tough love) that comes from Sharpe. There are very few titles that I'd consider physically owning but I definitely want this one. Can't wait for the series to continue.
I love these two characters so much. Not only the story interesting but also the art is insanely beautiful. I am over the moon excited for volume three. I am so ready to read it. If all if they work is like this, then I’m going to consume all of it. Because I am so content. It is the best money I’ve ever spent.
really liked the art style. plot was super interesting. felt v sorry for aj…am super annoyed to be left not knowing what’s gonna happen but hey ho praying on on a vol3 at some point in the future…
