Wonderful book with a slew of wisdom for those in recovery. Sarah doesn't offer up the usual tidy little "one thing that will change your life" with a neat bow on top. Rather, building on her own life experiences, she describes a constellation of ideas, tactics, possibilities, ... to help dig out of the muck. Honest, credible, actionable.
