Highly recommend! I usually read books quickly but this one surprised me with guided meditations and journal prompts so I took almost all of December to read it so I could fully participate and I’m glad I did! Full of very rich, beautiful writing, super fascinating stories and a way of living that is kind and accessible to all of us, even those who aren’t familiar with meditation and mindfulness.
