If Max wants a future with his mate, he must leave his past behind. Riley must deal with his demons and be the Alpha his Omega needs.

Max Warner is obsessed with tying up loose ends. He and his best friend managed to escape a cult run by a controlling Alpha. That chapter of his life is over. Max should focus on starting fresh. On winning the heart of his broken and gorgeous Alpha. Riley’s resistant and stubborn but Max isn’t daunted. Riley is his fated mate, whether the bullheaded Alpha likes it or not. To move forward, Max must abandon his search for the other missing Omegas. It's time for Max to put down roots. To strengthen his bond with his mate. When Max finds out it’s not that easy to let go of the past, he has a tough decision to make.

The clock is ticking for Alpha Riley Morton. Day by day, his humanity is slowly slipping away. Max is not afraid of him. He believes in Riley. In the two of them. The sweet and strong-willed Omega might even be the cure he needs, but something is holding Riley back. Max managed to survive one nightmare. Riley can’t subject him to another but he can’t seem to leave Max alone either. If he can’t have Max, no one else can. They’re in this together until the end.

Book 5 in the Exiled Pack series features a spirited Omega hell-bent on saving others—including his headstrong Alpha, a dangerous cult and one spoiled alpaca. Each book features a different main couple. HEA guaranteed.

Fated mates win again...I'm very satisfied with how this series turn out. This story wrapped everything up nicely. Riley was on the verge of becoming something he didn't want but he had Max by his side to bring light, happiness and love. Max so brave to fight for Riley and for justice...I was constantly cheering for good outcome. This had violence and a little angst but all in all we got the happy ending we come to enjoy with the author's romances. I thoroughly enjoyed this and can't wait to see what's next.

The troubled one.

Riley is so afraid he will lose himself that he retreats from love. Max is trying to find the lost omegas. Together they find the most important ingredient, live. Great reading!

The most enigmatic alpha is finally in the spotlight

I'm sorry to keep on about this but all the books in the series have typos, wrong tenses, missed words and Fel Fern would benefit from using a better proofreader because it is driving me nuts. However, I want all the Moon River Alphas to get their HEA and I just can't stop reading the series without seeing them all happy with their fated mates.
Max has been through hell and cannot forget the other omegas he left behind when he escaped with his best friend Stephen from the abusive cult that imprisoned them. He also cannot stop thinking about the troubled alpha who instantly stole his heart.
Riley has seemed even more internally and externally wounded than Lee, West and Dom and has been so reclusive in the last four books that I couldn't wait to find out about him. He is losing his grip on his wolf and is terrified of getting too close to Max, his fated mate, pushing him away while wanting him every second of every day. Together, they could be so good for each other but Riley needs a little push.
I loved their story and how they each needed the love and support of the other for Max to track down the omegas and Riley to retain his humanity.
This is the last of the Moon River Alphas to find his mate so I don't know if there will be any more in the series. I hope it will continue but even if it doesn't, I can keep my fingers crossed that Fel gives us another Moon Burrow series starring the Grizzly Reapers MC, the shifters who are intimidating on the outside but just big cuddly teddy bears on the inside.

Poor, troubled Riley, always standing in his own way. Observing Riley over the last 4 books has taught me that he would rather pull out his own teeth than ask anyone for help. Including his own pack and his mate. Like his brother Dom, Riley was terribly stubborn. Thankfully, Max decides that he’s not going to let that stubborn pride stand in his way and he fights for his mate. This book, surprisingly, didn’t center on a whole lot of angst between Riley and Max. Once Riley decided, fairly early on, to take Max as a mate, he was mostly settled with that decision. Even though he withheld the mate bite for far longer than necessary, it wasn’t a contentious plot point throughout the book.

This book mostly centers on Max’s need to help the omegas left behind at the commune he and Stephen escaped from. I was highly intrigued by the whole storyline and was happy we got some closure with this book. We also had a lot more involvement from the Grizzly Reaper MC and I am really hoping Fern is setting up a new series focused on the MC. They seem far more rough and tumble that the Moon River pack.

I really enjoyed getting to know Riley and Max more with this book. Light on the steam but heavy on the intimacy and longing between mates, this book makes for a very satisfying roundup to the Moon River pack series.

Will the determined omega be able to help balance his reluctant alpha?

Omega shifter Max, was sold to the pack alpha of a commune. One of the two who were lucky, the trauma remains. All he continues to see in his nightmares are those left behind. Knowing his best friend, Stephen is now safe and mated with a pup, his goal is to free the others. A task he can't take on alone. Add to his pain, the distance between he and his fated mate and thinking he's barren.

Alpha wolf shifter Riley, is bearing many burdens of his own. After he and his brother Dom, had to fight their way out of the clutches of his old pack, he remains the only one not yet mated. His wolf is getting harder to control. Bordering on feral. Only one person seems to calm his wolf, but he pushed his mate away.

When Max's date leaves him stranded, he seeks out his mate. From that moment forward, they finally pledged their desire to commit to one another. Now building trust, Max finally shares his desire to save the omegas with Riley. Finding them becomes a shared mission.

We had the opportunity to be introduced to a few new omegas and more appearances from the Grizzly Reaper MC. Hopefully, a spin-off is in the works.

This is the last and final book in the Exiled Pack series. It was well worth waiting for! This is the story of Max and Riley. Max is a rabbit shifter omega. He has excaped from a horrificly abusive situation. We first me him in Moon River Heartbreaker. He is the best friend of fellow omega Stephen. They escaped their captivity together. He is obsessed with finding and rescuing the other captive omegas. As well as his mate Riley. Who currently wants nothing to do with him. Riley is an aggressive alpha wolf shifter. He is the brother of Dom. He too escaped an abusive life. He is crazy about Max but believes that Max deserves better. He is worried about slowly going feral and hurting Max. Riley agrees to help Max track down the other omegas. He is finally together with Max but refuses to complete the mating ritual. As he thinks he is going feral, if they were mated Max would suffer when Riley dies. So no mating in his future. Max of course, has other thoughts. This is their story. It is a well written book that is easy to read. I read it all in one sitting. I enjoyed their story.

This is book 5 in the mm shifter series and Alpha Riley and Omega Max get their story.
We meet up with previous characters and learn little more about others. Both men are struggling with their past, but that past also drives them to do what they have to to find closure for themselves and others.
Max is secretly still searching for the captive omega's he had to leave behind when he fled with Stephan, and newly missing omegas.
They together with others get to fulfill that task. I also find it such a fun find that shifters are a safe haven for rescued animals. In good tradition they find their hea as fated mates.4,5*

Never give up, never surrender! Riley is still struggling with his wolf. Max still trying to preserve his heart from Riley's rejection. They both hid secrets from each other that obstructed their progress. Max, was still researching the missing Omegas. He made some good assumptions and presumptions and made progress. This story was exciting on many levels, Max's relationship, Riley's risk of going feral, the missing Omegas and the commune. Does Max find his Omegas? Can Riley tame his wolf? Can the team find the commune? Fel did an excellent job interlocking all the conflicts. We met old friends and made some new ones and a few surprises. Well done. Great series! Moon River Troublemaker is Book 5 in the Exiled Pack series. This story is about Max, an omega rabbit shifter who's trying to escape his past but help save those omegas he left behind, and Riley, an alpha who's fighting to keep control of his inner wolf. I enjoyed this book and the strength Max has. He's so brave and caring. He doesn't want to give up on helping find the missing omegas at the commune me escaped from. This book is action packed has Max, Riley, and local bear shifters set out to rescue the missing omegas. All while Max and Riley get closer and discover they really are better together. I recommend this book and series.

Finally
Riley knew that he was on the verge of going rogue. His wolf was taking over but when he finally gave in to Max and accepted that he was his fated mate he started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Max has been investigating the missing Omega’s to see if he could find what happened to them. But if he was honest with himself he was glad when he finally told Riley what he was doing. Could these two come together as fated mates and find the missing Omega’s????
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. There was something very deep about their connection. I just couldn’t put this book down and I can’t wait to see what Fel Fern has for us next. Maybe a MC ?????

Love prevails. This was a wonderfully uplifting story of Riley, an alpha wolf shifter, and Max, an omega rabbit shifter. When they meet they are attracted to each other, but Riley is afraid to start a relationship because he's having trouble controlling his inner wolf. It takes time for him to realize that together they can be better than separately. Besides their sweet romance, the plot of the book centers on Max's desire to find and rescue kidnapped omegas from the commune he escaped from and Riley and the neighboring bear shifters helping him.

Riley and Max were broken in their own ways but together they became whole.

Riley battled against the demons of his past. His fear of going feral held him back from giving Max his heart. It took a lot of reassurance and determination on Max’s behalf to convince Riley that he was in it for the long haul.

Absolutely loved the entire series! I’m looking forward to finding out if the biker bears get their HEA.

Fall in love with Max and Riley. Riley doesn’t think he can have a mate but he finally gives in and let’s himself believe he can have it. Both of these men are a bit broken but they need each other. They are a great team and you will see that they can do just about anything together. This book was sweet and has lots of action. I loved every bit of it. I’m hoping we get a new bikers series after this one. I want to see Mayhem and Arrow get their happily ever afters too.

Max and Riley . . .

Max Warner was fortunate to escape with a friend from a dangerous cult. He is hoping to find the other Omegas to free them as well. He also needs to help Alpha Riley Morton who is struggling with his humanity slipping away. He is afraid to accept his mate while he is so unstable, so he pushes Max away. The sweet Omega may be able to help Riley if he would only trust him and let him in. Will the two of them be able to heal together? Will their love let them overcome the fear so they can be together? Or will Riley remain stubborn and refuse to accept his mate?

As with all the others, I really enjoyed this book. We finally get alpha Riley's story. He's more withdrawn than the others in his pack and slowly losing himself when in wolf form. He is powerfully drawn to Max. Max is an omega shifter who escaped from a cult but never forgot the other omegas that were left behind. Max and Riley have such great chemistry. Great world building as always in this book. The story started off exciting and hooked me from the start. I love all these characters and I'm sad this was the last book. But I'm very much looking forward to the new series. 5 stars.

Mostly OK

This has been an uncomfortable experience, but I managed these 5 books in the series in spite of the sloppy editing (perhaps none?). There is a decent amount of character and storyline development, along with too much gratuitous violence and some odd shifter worldviews. (Yes, I know shifters and magic wielders do not exist, yet there are many outlines of worldviews where they do.) As for the sex scenes - those I definitely skimmed as more detailed then necessary and mostly inaccurate. This book ends like the others, on a positive note.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Both Max and Riley are damaged in a way but together are stronger and can heal. I admire Max's determination to help the omegas still in the hold of the commune and when Riley finds out, he helps as well. Max is what Riley needs to ground him and Riley gives Max what he always wanted. I liked how everyone came together to rescue the omegas and finally deal with the rotten alphas.

A wolf, a bunny, and stolen omegas...

What a stunning conclusion to the Moon River saga. I have loved all the Exiled Pack books. Please, read them all in order. So-o good! This book has it all: a reunion, fated mates, stolen omegas, an epic rescue, magic, and closure. Ooh, and an alpaca named Al. All my old friends welcomed me back into their lives. It was like I never left them. I will miss them all. HEA is assured. You are gonna love this book!

amazing adventure

This was a wonderful addition to the series. The storyline was intriguing with a cute alpaca and a dangerous cult. Max is a sweet Strong Omega who has had a hard dangerous start but has moved one and is trying to save his alpha. Riley is afraid he is losing his humanity but his sweet kind omega doesn’t stop believing in him. This was amazing with lots of interesting twists and a HEA.

Moon River Troublemaker

The Exiled Pack series overall gets a 3 1/2 stars from me. There are editing errors not only with sentence structures but with clothing that is being worn and furniture used in certain scenes. I know that it is almost impossible to catch every single oops in a book but there are a few to many for me to give a better rating.
However I did enjoy the stories even when I got pulled out trying to figure out what the author was trying to say.

Their relationship started from the previous book, I didn't know that because I skipped Dom and Stephen's story.

I think, this book wasn't that different with the previous one since Max and Stephen escaped hell together and I didn't fully enjoyed it because this story was a bit depressing for me. I'm not a fan of a story where the MC was being used as sex toy or slave or anything like type.

Loved it

It amazes me how Fern Fel can bring together two such broken people and create a beautiful relationship. Max and Riley are the couple you root for and want all their issues to magically disappear. I cried when Riley finally realized he needed help and when Max's faith was dangerously test.

Needless to say, Fern Fel is one of my new favorite authors.
