It might not be a huge change or life shift that you are looking for, it may be that you are looking to identify small daily choices and actions that can make a large impact on what your future looks like. As you go through this workbook, you may realize that there are areas in your life that you wouldn’t change. So don’t. The following exercises are intended to help you identify which areas of your life you want to make shifts. You can also identify the parts of your life in which you are already kicking ass. Use this workbook to reflect on what you want in your future and then work back- wards to the present. Identify what you are doing that you would like to stay consistent
with and decide what changes you want to make. The purpose of the following questions is not for you to doubt what you are doing, but to identify what you are doing that you are proud of and to also add new daily, weekly, and monthly intentions that will add more fulfillment to your life. After working through this workbook, take the time to create small actionable steps. Then commit to making your future self proud by adding these steps into your life on a regular and ongoing basis.
