Do you ever feel like you’ve experienced more than your fair share of brokenness and heartache? Do you wonder if you can ever be made whole?

I can totally relate.

If you’re anything like me, you’ve made more than one attempt at recovery. Maybe you’ve worked through a 12-step program or two…or three or ten. But somehow, there’s still a place deep inside that just won’t seem to heal.

Darlyne and Victoria have devoted their lives to the emotional healing and physical well-being of God’s children. Through decades of combined experience, they’ve developed a unique 5-step process that’s yielded miraculous results for the many people who’ve visited their clinic.

Finally, God has prompted them to share their wisdom with those of us who may never be able to journey to their idyllic Canadian homestead to meet with them in person. In a world where anxiety has become an epidemic, I’m confident that Christian women seeking Christ-centered answers for depression and anxiety relief will find the help and hope they need.

If you will prayerfully ponder what’s presented on these pages, then give God thirty days to do a work in your life, I think you’ll be amazed at the inner transformation you’ll enjoy.

Best book I’ve ever read on overcoming childhood trauma (or any trauma) through Christ. This is a great one to recommend if you know anyone struggling with trauma whether they realize how it is effecting their life or not. ♥️

One of the important things I've learned since beginning my journey in trying to be a good Christian woman is that the Lord wants us, His children, to persevere regardless of what might be confronting us. In wanting to accomplish this goal and experience triumph in His being, the Lord desires for us to acquire knowledge in surmounting the adversities, barriers, trials, and tribulations that have been faced in front of us, especially any traumas.

As Christians, I've learned that we possess two possibilities in this matter. We can either forsake any hope we might possess or relinquish the possibility of getting out of the abyss we find ourselves in, or we can place our faith in the Lord and look towards Him for a resolution to our problematic situation[s].

As Christians, we should know by now that the Lord has definite plans for each of us, in which our life confrontations are transformed into remunerations and blessings when and only if we're willing to persevere in our endeavors. And, as is usually the case, the Bible's Scriptures are there to arouse our faith in the Lord and stimulate our perseverance in everything we're endeavoring to do. For let us remember what is written in PSALM 46:1 [NLT]:

"God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble."

As a Christian woman, I realize many of the traumatic issues we're enduring are the repetition of ones we've already experienced going back years. The resolving of which is allowing the Great Physician to heal in ways only He can. To aid their readers in achieving their long sought-after healing process, authors Darlyne and Victoria DuBonnet bring their combined years of knowledge and experience to this formidable devotional guidebook. This book will surely bring about their healing process fraught with the presence of the Great Physician, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

For wanting to eradicate the traumatic sufferings of their readers, I've given authors Darlyne and Victoria DuBonnet 5 STARS for their combined endeavor in this book.

unpacking your trauma made easy

This book allowed me to unpack trauma and really focus on self-healing. With appropriate and easy methods and tenets of a religious nature without heavily using God as the catch all. Where psychology meets spiritual/religion methods and tools.
