Luo Zhiyu and Xiao Yan, both presenting in the middle of a gang fight, are carried to the hospital one after the other. One becomes an omega, and one becomes an alpha.

DNF’d at chapter 63.
When the overarching problem/defining concept of the story is riddled with holes, you know it’s a lost cause.
Xiao Yan and Luo Zhiyu are supposed to be completely incompatible. We’re told as much from the very beginning and shown this through their constant bickering.
However, their bickering has nothing to do with pheromone incompatibility. Their behavior is more similar to boys pulling on each other’s braids. Also, they actually like each other’s pheromones, and they match each other well (oranges and peaches are perfectly combinable smells). Therefore, they can’t possibly be incompatible, and that defeats the entire purpose of the story.
I really liked the beginning sequence when they constantly pulled childish and petty pranks on the other. It was comedic, and it made me like the characters. However, once they start catching feelings, they became very boring and cliche. It didn’t help that I couldn’t suspend my incredulity at the poorly written development of their supposed pheromone incompatibility.

เค้าเป็นพร้อมกัน และไปตรวจที่โรงพยาบาลพร้อมกัน ผลตรวจบอกว่า
ฟีโรโมนเข้ากัน 0% ใครๆ ก็เลยพากันคิดว่าสองคนนี้ต้องเป็นคู่กัดตลอดกาลแน่นอน
ไม่มีทางมีอะไรแนวโรแมนติกได้ มันก็เลยฮา เพราะหลังจากเค้าเปิดใจกันแล้ว
Xiao Yan กับ Luo Zhiyu ไม่ได้พยายามปิดบังอะไรเลยตอนอยู่โรงเรียน
มีหลายครั้งบอกไปตรงๆ ด้วยซ้ำว่าเป็นแฟนกัน แต่ไม่มีใครเชื่อ 🤣🤣🤣
ที่น่าสนใจอีกเรื่องนึงคือ เหมือนนักเขียนพยายามจะบอกว่าฟีโรโมน
ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่จะมาตัดสินความรู้สึกของคนสองคน ความรู้สึกเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญกว่า
และในเรื่องนี้ก็มีฟีโรโมนส์หลากหลายกลิ่นมาก จากตัวละครหลายตัว
บางกลิ่นนี่แบบ..อึ้มมมม จะดีเหรอ เช่น กลิ่นปลาย่าง กลิ่นอาหารสุนัข

this was an overall fluffy story. absolutely predictable the whole way around, but it's a nice casual read to just relax and chill. i also personally love ABO stories so this was right up my alley.

Kind of cute, but nothing crazy. This type of plot is more focused on the comedy with very bashful characters and highlights the enemies dynamic in enemies to lovers. No heartache, and no heart-warmth. Couple is okay, not up to my standards.

Super cute light read. Basically just straight fluff. 10/10 would recommend for readers who are tired of red flag A ML's, Our little mandarin ML is actually very green, and if he ever dared to bully the MC, Mc would hit back anyway so no worries.
