At first, when my selfish father informed me of his job relocation, it was nothing but a burden to pack everything up once again, heading off to Washington this time. And I won’t lie…I resented my father for weeks.

Beautiful
Loved this beautiful love story. She wondered how her dad would take it, but it all came to a happy ending. Even surprised our alpha male that he fell for the redhead!

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Maggie & Ivan. When this book opens we find that Ivan has injured his foot and needs a boot to get around, which in turn has soured his mood. His mood changes when he see the new neighbor moving in. He knows he can't do much to impress her now but give him 24 hours and he will be anything she wants. Maggie didn't want to move out of California but one look at the new neighbor has her double thinking the fact that her parents are moving them there. With so many feelings involved will it be a HEA or will it be a new person fling?
Another amazing story by this author. Many ups and downs in it that will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

January 11, 2022Moving is never easy, leaving everyone you know behind, and it is especially hard when you are forced to move because your father decides to uproot you now, she must start over. Maggie has to start over upset about it all but upon arriving and seeing her neighbor it makes it bearable. Ivan sexy as all get out Army Vet. when a new family starts to moving in next door the girl catches his attention in a way that has him in his thoughts and dreams of her so when they meet the attraction is insanely intense but what will her family think, will they allow it, will age be an issues, and can they find happiness?

Forbidden Steamy Romance
Maggie moves to Washington ahead of her mother and father to get everything set up before they arrive. She is ready to start a new life away from her ex-boyfriend. Ivan, her next door neighbor, spies her immediately and is captivated. She is captivated as well even though he is only a few years younger than her father, but then the ex turns up to rekindle their relationship. This is an enjoyable steamy age-gap romance between two characters that seem perfect for each other even though there is such a age gap between them. It is not without a few twists to try and keep them apart though.

Maggie is upset at having to move and start her life over in a new town. That starts to sting a little less after she meets one of the new neighbors- Ivan. They fall into an easy friendship until the past comes knocking.
I enjoyed Maggie's conversations with her aunt. She is exactly what Maggie needs her to be.

They met when Maggie moves in next door to Ivan. They try to stay away from each other but it doesn't work . I don't want to spoil it but it's a great story . Very hot scenes and keeps you wanting more .

The author has given us a fast paced, older man/younger woman story that pulls us into the lives of Maggie and Ivan. As she is moving into the house next door, Ivan sees her and is determined to have her in his life. No matter what her family has to say about it.

Girl has an ex boyfriend who wants to get back together but the girl tries to explain its really over. Girl moves in next door to an older guy. They start hanging out together and then things start to happen between them. Age gap.. he’s in his 40s and she’s going to college.
