Meadowfall Professors #3

Stepbrother Next Door

Rate this book
His stepbrother. His student. The one alpha Quentin wants, he can't have.
Quentin Bernard has spent the last few years envying his friends—one by one, the professors in the Omega Circle have found their bondmates, settling down into happy little families. Sure, he has his job and a townhouse. But with his terrible track record in holding down a pregnancy, he's given up hope of having his own happy ending.
Until his stepbrother moves in next door. Despite being younger than Quentin, Hunter is bigger, stronger, and very much an adult. It doesn't help that Hunter's gaze scorches Quentin on the inside. It doesn't help that he's only wearing tiny swim trunks whenever they meet.
It especially doesn't help that Hunter has kissed him once, his eyes full of desire and promise.
Years later, he's still looking at Quentin with that same gaze—in the classroom, over the dinner table with their parents.
The worst thing? There's a hole in the wall between their bedrooms. And Quentin can hear every forbidden sound his stepbrother makes.

Stepbrother Next Door is a 72k non-shifter age-gap MPreg romance with lots of praise, claiming, hilarious scenes, and a possessive alpha who has only had eyes for his omega his entire life. Sorry about the weird cucumber scene though!

“You have a dick-hole in your wall.”

What if your alpha stepbrother could hear you through the wall? And a dick-shaped hole connected your rooms?

No need for much of a review here, Stepbrother Next Door was just filthy sexiness. Hot alpha praising his omega, a pleasure top, a large collection of toys, and a happy ending.

I can’t believe he’s fucking me with a cucumber.

“How does this feel?” Hunter rubbed the cucumber up and down Quentin’s bare cock. “Fuck, babe. You’re so damn sensitive.”

The CUKES. Holy fuckkkk. Hottest scene I’ve read in a while.
Hunter and Quentin were all growly possessiveness, scent marking, whimpers and please, cumcumcum, bites and claims.
Oh, there might’ve been a dash of plot somewhere in there and a couple of emotional themes (watch out if you have triggers), but honestly the smut overpowered everything and I’m not complaining at all.

“At least try to keep it in your pants.” “You like it better when it’s inside your pants.”

I got tired of Quentin and his problem with the stepbrothers thing after a bit, but apart from that, this was super sexy and mind-melting and sweet.

“I just want to hang out with you all day. Make you smile.” Quentin swallowed hard. “And?”
“And at night, I’ll make you howl.”

Original review

Stepbrother Next Door has to be my favourite of the Meadowfall Professor Series. I adored Queenie and Hunter's relationship. Hunter was exactly the Alpha Queenie needed to finally see that he deserved love. Queenie always looked after others, but now it is his turn to find love, and this story managed to pull on my heartstrings. I think the sweetest Alpha award in Meadowfall has to go to Hunter. He was always ready and there for Queenie and taking care of him even when they were separated. He never gave up on him despite Queenie at times being hurtful due to his trauma and pain.

My expectations for this story and couple were met, and they were really high! The bonus story was wonderful and sexy as well. Anna never fails to deliver spice and fluff. The Omega Circle chat segments made me laugh as well. I adore all the professors so those moments were extra cute.

Also, I am interested to know Callum's story (I wonder if we will get Alpha Professor with Callum one day....). Overall, I enjoyed Stepbrother Next Door and will be re-reading it in the near future.

Stepbrother Next Door by Anna Wineheart is an omegaverse, stepbrothers age-gap romance - and throw in some professor/student for good fun.

Hunter and Quentin were sweet together - they both have insecurities (though, Hunter's felt just a tad bit shallow to me?), and Quentin struggled with what felt like depression and evidently self-harm. I loved the praise from Hunter given to Quentin, how he clearly cared for him even though there was hurt and pain between them. The glimspes of their past we get is quite sweet, too. Overall, I enjoy the protective alpha/sweet and sad omega trope, so it's no surprise I enjoyed this.

However, I do have some nitpicks -- it wasn't such an issue I couldn't enjoy this but it does make it fall short to others I have read by Wineheart.

I love the sex scenes Wineheart writes, but I felt this book was 75% sex and 25% emotions and romance, which was unfortunate. It made it difficult to want to actually enjoy this one as a romance, you know? Wineheart has some angst come into it later and there is the expected whitefanging/pushing away, but I just wish there were was more emotions put into it earlier to make it feel invested. Add in the way I felt self-harm could've been handled better (a promise to a person doesn't always work, I think more discussion about a plan forward - coping skills, therapy, something). Also, there were a lot of elements so similar to Dad's Omega Best Friend, so maybe that's why it fell shorter, because I already loved that one and this felt like it was recycled in a couple of parts.

That doesn't mean I don't recommend this - if you love smutty omegaverse, this is good.

Too much sex, not enough relationship.

The self-loathing made this hard to read. There’s a tiny little line for TW in the beginning of the book that I almost missed which says: self-harm, past multiple miscarriages, past domestic abuse. I'm not sure that quite covered it for me. I personally thought that aspect, depression (?), was more confronting than the self-harm.

For all the emotions on that front, I found the character’s emotional development and relationship development to be very surface level.

This is all sex.

I love sex! But…these two aspects never came together. It felt very disjointed.

The 3rd act whitefang was completely unnecessary, and so short lived. Why bother?

Was there supposed to be a forbidden aspect about them being teacher and student? There wasn’t. The forbidden aspect of them being stepbrothers was also clearly a non-issue.

The sexual innuendos and inappropriate sex at their parents’ house was…inappropriate. I guess it was hot but it made me uncomfortable.

There were things I liked: all the toys they used (especially the vibrating ones), the multiple penetrations, the abundance of praise from Hunter, the bath together. But unfortunately it just wasn't enough to carry 365 pages (!!) of story.

DNF - no rating.
There's nothing wrong with the book at all, but I started and paused it a year ago? And I've since read plenty of Wineheart's books that I enjoyed, so I don't see the point of revisiting one that I've already forgotten!

Le sigh...

For the first time, I have to mention a CW for an Anna book. This has self harm in it. While Queenie uses pencils, its still harm and it is on page. There is also talk of multiple miscarriages which for me is something one needs a heads up for.

Now onto the story.

In this one, Queenie is the older step brother who falls for his younger alpha sibling. Hunter has always wanted Queenie and that does not change over the years. Just to get it out of the way, Hunter is 26 in here, so not that young.

Queenie has a massive toy collection, which made me very jealous.

There was never any doubt about these two so the only angst had to do with their self doubts about themselves. Queenie's doubt about his body not being able to carry a pregnancy to term is what leads to the self harm.

I enjoyed their getting to know you as a couple growth and it was really sweet. I hope that Caulin gets his own story, he seemed sweet even with as much chubby was mentioned.

The Meadowfalls Professors series continues with omega Professor Quentin and his step-brother Hunter. Hunter has been in love with Quentin (Queenie) since a child. Quentin started developing feelings for Hunter when he was about eighteen, but there’s a big age gap between them. Quentin wanted Hunter to experience other omegas his own age to find his mate, but the Alpha only had eyes for his omega, Quentin.

When Hunter finally gets his chance with Quentin there’s hot, erotic sex, mostly involving cucumbers, a vegetable like the last book. There are hilarious scenes, for example, Hunter falling through the wall into Quentin’s bedroom as he’s having fun with his sex “toy”. The two hid their relationship from their parents. Hunter lived with his parents and Quentin owned the townhouse next door.

Hunter gives Quentin the attention he has been aching for from an Alpha. That Alpha is Hunter, but Quentin keeps denying his feelings for Hunter and kept them deeply hidden. Hunter sexual teasing to Quentin lots of times was in front of other people making the omega very self-conscious. But at the same time, both men had negative self-talk that neither believed they deserved the other which only added to their confusion; though Hunter stayed firm about having Quentin as his omega.

Just when Hunter starts to believe Quentin wants him as his Alpha forever, a turn of events has Quentin running emotionally away from Hunter. Heartache comes from both sides and it is only when a possible serious accident happens that both begin to see what they really mean to each other.

I was happy to read after all their good times and bad, they end up with their HEA. At the beginning of the book I was hoping for a stronger Alpha image for Quentin, but everything came together nicely. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced read copy of this book.

Slightly disappointing

These books have always been fun. Wineheart definitely knows her way around a sexy scene, which I absolutely appreciate. However, this addition to the series was a little lackluster in terms of story. It was almost formulaic to the previous book in the series. Alpha wants omega, omega resists until he gives in, pushes alpha away when it gets to real, alpha stays around secretly until omega realizes the error of his ways. Rinse and repeat.

Hunter was a sweetheart. He’s been pining for Quentin for so many years. He comes back to Meadowfall to finally win his omega. What does he get for his trouble? An omega who pushes him away at every turn, tells him to “get it over with” when they are intimate and then won’t even talk to Hunter about how he feels. Quentin really frustrated me throughout this book. Hunter was nothing but sincere at every turn, only to get rebuffed by Quentin. I was certainly happy when Q decided to really think about things, I’m just sad it took an outside situation to make him re-evaluate things.

One of my other peeves here is that Q self-harms, and we are to believe that because Hunter tells him to stop, that the desire magically goes away? Nope. Sorry, that’s not how that works. Q needs some therapy to help him get past the self-destructive behavior he exhibited several times in this book. But maybe that’s just me reading too much into a book that’s for entertainment purposes.

It really pains me to write this review, because I have really loved all of the books in this series. This was just lacking that extra something for me. I really hope Kiernan’s book makes up for it.

What if there was a hole in the wall between you and your crush?

Anna Wineheart has come up with a great idea. What if there was a hole in the wall between you and your crush? What if he was your step brother?
Set in her Alpha/omega Meadowfall offshoot series this book has heats and ruts and Mpreg. If you don’t like that kind of thing then you have been warned. If like me and you can’t get enough of it then run to get your copy of this book. While it does have lots of the usual “habanero” type of activity I kept finding myself giggling more at this book. Although when I look back on the banana boat stuff in her last book there is a lot to laugh at in that one too.
In between all these things is a fun, very readable story about two guys who have known each other for years but the Alpha is now all grown up. One of the other things that I like best about her books is that the omegas have jobs and opinions and don’t just give in to their Alphas which makes for a much more interesting plot. Terrific book. Can’t wait to read the next book. Enjoy!

Can stepbrothers love each other

I will never understand how Anna's mind works, nor do I want to. lol

As always, Anna brings us two main characters with flaws, or so they think. Quentin is a quirky middle-aged professor who cannot have children and has multiple scars from self-abuse and a past of lots of Alphas.

Hunter is his student and the professor's stepbrother.
So basically, off-limits as far as Quentin is concerned. No way would his two moms except a relationship between them. We also catch up with some of the other characters in the Meadow Fall books, especially Caleb and Izzy. I love these two.

Great story, Professor/Student, age gap, omega/alpha, male pregnancy, and of course, our HEA. There are a few triggers in this book so read the warnings first.

I really wanted to give this one more than three stars but I think it’s more of a me issue than the actual book. The book was good and very well written but was just way too angsty for me. I can only take so much angst before it just affects my overall view of the story.

This is a good read but certainly not for me a 5 star. TBH completely honest, we almost know with a few differences what is gonna happen in this story with Quentin and Hunter.

I read it and enjoyed it but didnt love it. It had hot moments, the vegetable theme carried on and we see the quirky omega professors but it was almost plotted scene for scene same as previous reads in this series.

Heat Factor: bow chicka bow wow

Character Chemistry: They’re all very clearly written for each other, so the sweetness is inescapable

Plot: Older omega professor (/coach), pining for love and happiness, has irresponsible pants feels for a hot alpha student (who naturally goes to claim what’s his with no holds barred)

Overall: I could probably talk about concerning elements of these books all day, but gosh did they ever stroke my id

This book has a lot of really difficult content. Self-harm on page. Infertility and miscarriages in the past. It’s a lot.

Plus, you know, these step-brothers want to bang. And then they do.

Basically, Quentin and Hunter have had the hots for each other for a long time, but Quentin is older and wiser (?) so he refuses to let anything come of it. Then Hunter moves back in with their moms, which is right next door to Quentin—like, in townhouses, so they actually share walls—and there’s this convenient hole in the wall between Quentin’s and Hunter’s bedrooms, and just…why should Quentin keep resisting Hunter’s irresistible advances? I’m not saying that the other books weren’t all sex all the time, but the dynamic between these two is closer to all sex, no plot than the rest.

Quentin is…promiscuous, and he acts like he likes his life that way, but he’s actually pretty miserable and has terrible self-esteem. When Quentin becomes pregnant, he also (like Nico) gets miserable because he knows after years and years of miscarriages (and he got pregnant on purpose, without the knowledge of the alphas he was sleeping with, so he could have a baby) his body will betray him again. The pencil stabbing self-harm comes into play…it’s pretty heavy. Like, Quentin needs massive amounts of therapy to come to terms with all the things he’s dealing with in his head. Or, you know, Hunter’s magic peen. Same same.

So, basically, lotsa kinky sex as often as possible, but also let’s add some depth and drama by giving Quentin the saddest background ever, but it’s okay because we made a family!

Stepbrother Next Door is another great story in the Meadowfall universe from Anna Wineheart that sees another of the professors get their happy ever after, though not without fighting it first.
Quentin and Hunter are stepbrothers, though there is several years between them. Quentin spent a few years looking after Hunter whilst their mothers worked and so took on a more caring role that got confused when Hunter became an alpha and started seeing Quentin in an unfamilial way. Quentin is sure that their parents will look badly on anything between them but their attraction is through the roof when Hunter returns to town after a few years away and moves in with the parents who happen to be next door to Quentin.
Hunter is very sure in what he wants, and that's Quentin. He's not unshy about letting it be known either and so it's not long before things happen between them that Quentin wants to deny but can't stop himself from having, again and again. It's emotional in places with how Quentin feels about himself, regardless of how much Hunter praises and compliments him. Things that have happened in the past mean he's lost faith in himself and his body but Hunter is there throughout to offer his unconditional love and support.
I love Anna's ability to bring certain shaped vegetables into each couples love lives. It definitely spices things up and brings a certain something extra to it though she'll have to run out of possibilities at some point! Their parents are funny, I thought to begin with that they have to be completely oblivious or ignorant of what goes on but they are just very supportive of their children, regardless of what goes on. The other professors brings a certain level of support and friendship but it is definitely not without bickering and fun. I'm just waiting on Kieran to get his story for the group's HEAs to be complete.
Another recommended read from Anna and I look forward to the next book in the series.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

This was such a sweet story, Hunter and Quentin both had feelings for each other from when they were younger, but Quentin decided that it was wrong, they are step brothers, he helped raise him and he is 12 years older. So he leaves, to give Hunter a chance to find a better Omega.

Hunter also leaves, to study, to better himself, to be worthy. When he hears that Quentin has moved back in next door to their parents, he comes home. It just so happens their bedrooms share a wall.. one night he is listening to Quentin ‘have fun’ through the wall, he puts a hand on the wall - and falls right through much to Quentin’s embarrassment.

Hunter starts more heavily pursuing Quentin, knowing that Quentin is holding back. They start fooling around, Quentin just so happens to go into heat and ends up pregnant. He has had trouble in the past losing the pregnancies and so is convinced he will lose this one too. When their parents find out accidentally by walking in on them in a compromising position (though they already knew) Quentin freaks out and breaks up with Hunter.

Hunter quietly still keeps on eye on Quentin, after a minor incident Quentin realises that he is being stubborn and accepts his Alpha.

“You’re the best thing that ever happened to me,” Hunter murmured. Quentin’s breath snagged.
“You—You read that out of the wrong textbook.” Hunter laughed.
“There’s no textbook. Unless you meant the pages of your sweet cheeks—”
“We’re not talking about that!” There was a smile in Hunter’s voice when he said, “I’d study those pages as though they’re the holy grail.” “Where did I go wrong teaching you?” Quentin groaned. “Nowhere.”

This was a very adorable story, Hunter is so sweet, though not without his insecurities. He loves Quentin so open and honestly. The spice is excellent and I really enjoyed the book!

DNF chapter 24 (72%). I’m so sad to mark this as a DNF😭, but it’s been over a month since I put it down, and I haven’t wanted to pick it back up. I am in the biggest reading slump I’ve ever been in, and I hate it. I’m finding it more and more difficult to finish books, which I’m so bummed about. So this was definitely a case of it’s me, not the book, because I LOVED the parts I read.

The steam and dirty talk in this were top👏🏻fucking👏🏻tier👏🏻. Wow. Best dirty talk I’ve ever read. Hands-down.🔥

I also loved the MCs and their relationship, dynamics, banter, and chemistry. I loved their scenes together, and I loved how sweet, caring, obsessed, and protective Hunter was. I ate it up. Queenie was great, too. So much of their antics and banter had me cracking up. The writing in this was phenomenal. Second book I’ve read by this author, and I’m definitely a fan.

Going into this, I knew it included mpreg. Mpreg doesn’t bother me, but I admit, I’m not a fan of pregnancies and babies and tend to avoid books that include them before the epilogue. Naturally, a part of me started to lose interest once this storyline came into play. So I think between that and my extreme reading slump, I lost interest and couldn’t continue (at least for now).

I may pick this back up later, because I did really enjoy it. It felt like a solid 4-star read for me, based on what I read. I’m a mood reader, and if I’m not in the mood for something or feeling it, it’s almost impossible for me to continue reading, even if I “want” to, and unfortunately, that was the case here.😓😔😩

Overall, a super enjoyable read, at least what I read. Cute, fun, steamy, sweet, lots of feel-good moments, banter, dialogue, more showing than telling, well paced, and plenty of depth/emotion.🙌🏻 Even while writing this review, I’m bummed I couldn’t finish it.😭

Here me out... the story line was not all that interesting to warrant 365 pages. I ended up skimming the last hundred or so pages.
I honestly struggled to get through it because it was just the same thing over and over again, and nothing really happened.
For one, the parents didn't have a problem with them being together. The school obviously didn't care. So what was Quentin's hang up about it?
Yes, he's older, but all his friends were older with super young alphas, so what gives?
Second, for him to say he went to Kieran's apartment because he didn't want to be around his other friends with their happy families, was a bitch thing to say. Especially since he knew how sad Kieran felt about being single.
Third, Quentin, how you gon be friends with someone (Kieran) then have the audacity to say you don't know the full story for the reason behind their scars or the reason he looks more like an alpha rather than an omega? Maybe if you pulled your head out of your ass and start being a decent friend then maybe you'd be a likeable character.
Speaking of likeable, I honestly didn't like Quentin as a main character. I thought he was selfish and inconsiderate. And because I didn't like him as a character, I couldn't even feel bad for him when mentioned the miscarriages. I honestly didn't care.
That being said, Hunter deserves a better omega.

Stepbrother Next Door is the third book in the Meadow Falls Professors series by author Anna Wineheart. I love this series. There is a ton of humor in it. Lots of heat too. I loved the names of the chapters. Made me laugh so hard.

Quinton is an Omega. He has a hard time holding a pregnancy. He thinks that means no Alpha will ever want him. He has a great family, and wonderful friends but he still is very hard on himself. He lives in a townhouse sharing a wall with his parents’ townhouse.

Hunter calls Quinton Queenie. Hunter is an Alpha and Queenie's stepbrother. He has been pining for his Queenie for a long time. When he figures out while staying at Quinton’s parent's house, the wall they share happens to be a bedroom wall. Well, Hunter cannot resist. He teases and temps his Queenie to no end. But what happens should that wall give way? Can Hunter prove to Queenie that he loves him just the way he is?

I loved this story. It has humor, love, and characters I loved reading about. I cannot wait for more from this series in the future, I would love to see who falls in love next.

It was hot. The problem was everything else. They were too old for the problems they were having. At Quentins age, he should have neen an adult and told his parents. He should have faced his feelings.

And I felt like Hunter was too good for Quentin. I'm all for pining, but let the person be deserving somewhere... somehow. But Quentin??? He was a mean little *ss. Like I said, they were too old for these problems. Hunter was too old to not see that Quentin was a jerk.

And!!!(the Quentin hate train is not over!!!) If you have been in love with your step brother for as long as Quentin has(too long), you have to OWN it and not cry about it on EVERY SINGLE PAGE. Cut him off, or love him. Such an eye roll.

Sorry, I sat through the last whiney omega, but I could not stand Quentin. Not one bit.
Even the author's sprinkling of personal issues could not make him palatable as a character.

The 3 stars are for the sex scenes and sex scenes alone(which could have done without Quentin's self recriminations).

Sometimes, you can find love in the oddest places. Queenie is an omega profession who hasn't had very good luck with the alphas in his life. On top of that, he has had several miscarriages. He suffers from anxiety and PTSD from his mistreatment. His younger stepbrother, Hunter moved in next door with their Moms' while he is attending a semester in college. Hunter was sick when he was younger and Queenie nurtured him. Does their earlier relationship, cloud their current feelings? When Hunter returns, they stop seeing each other as brothers and start feeling as men. Do they see a line? Will they cross it? What will the Moms think? Queenie and Hunter are delightful. Will they overcome the age difference? Will Queenie overcome his anxiety? Will Hunter find his inner Alpha confidence? Nice story. Good flow. Well done!

This is a good addition to the Meadowfall Professors series. I really enjoyed Quentin and Hunter. Their story is a nice combination of sweet and hot. It is full of emotions well developed characters. I loved watching Hunter continue to show Quentin his worth and see him fight for what they could have. It was nice to see Quentin find what he longs for, and I loved the interaction and chats that the professors have. Quentin and Hunter’s story pulled me in right form the start and it kept me engaged all the way to the end. It had me laughing out loud at times and feeling the emotions strongly at other times. Once again, the author weaves a beautiful story that will have readers believing in love.

A Must Read

Quentin and Hunter are step brothers, no relationship by blood. Growing up, Quentin was there helping take care of Hunter, accepting the responsibility of big brother very seriously. Hunter loved Quentin and as he got older he considered Quentin his omega. But there's an age difference that Quentin is concerned about, plus them being family and Quentin is Hunter's Professor. What will their parents think?

Sweetly told, previous characters from other books in the series make appearances bring the story all together. I'm a big fan of Anna Wineheart and I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series!

I was already roflmao within the first few pages!! The world needs this book!! When I wasn't laughing, I was squirming in my chair. The secret games in front of their parents- omg!!! In the making up chapter I was crying and laughing the whole way through it. I really enjoy the author putting in several of her past characters, because they're too precious to leave behind. Great epilogue. Looking forward to finding out more about Collin, Chase, and Kieran down the road. Another great journey.

Alright

I usually love this author and have loved all of the books I've read by them until this one. I'm not sure why I don't like this other then to say that it felt like everyone in this book was 12 years old and not a single bit of maturity. Which feels odd saying that since I've read the other books in this series and enjoyed them a great deal. So I feel bad leaving 2 stars but that's my honest opinion about this book, I might need to re-read it at a later date and see if that changes.

Hilarious and emotional

Another hilarious and emotional book in the Meadowfall Professors series. It's Quentin's turn at his HEA but he feels broken and a bit disgusted that he wants his stepbrother. Hunter has always loved Quentin but has his doubts since he is still im college and a past experience has him feeling inadequate. As with the previous books, these two work through their ups and downs with hilarity, food, and angst. I love the professor chats. Can't wait for the next one!

Being stepbrothers, Quentin has always tried to hide his feelings for his stepbrother Hunter.
Hunter had no such qualms and always knew that Queenie was the omega for him.
When Hunter comes back home, he is relentless is his pursuit of the older omega as it’s time to finally claim what’s his.

A nice addition to the series from this author. There is the usual angst and self doubt which the characters go through but, there are some passionate scenes and creative use of vegetables with a wonderful epilogue to tie it all together. I’m looking forward to next in the series.

I really enjoyed getting to know Hunter and his Queenie (Quentin)
Hunter is Quentin's younger stepbrother who's been in love with him for years.
Quentin is very uptight and has major issues concerning their age difference.
Hunter is back home and makes it his sole mission to seduce Quentin and finally convince him that they're mates.
The chemistry between these two was off the charts and I especially enjoyed the hilarious banter between them.
I can't wait for Kieran's story because I know it's going to break me in the best possible way.

The age gap step brothers

This is the one with Hunter and Quinton. Hunter is 12 years younger than Quinton and always knew they were meant to be. Quinton is in constant fear of Hinter’s advances because he helped raise the guy.

Quinton has fertility and self esteem issues and a history of self harm. You spend most of the book feeling bad for Quinton, until that moment you realize poor Hunter has been in love with Quinton all his life and is desperate to be taken Seriously and always fears he’s not enough.

Sweet story. Hunter is a lot of fun.

3.5 love Quentin in this series and was happy to finally get to his story. I don't think we got enough of his past pertaining to his bruises and miscarriages. He really pushed Hunter away to much for my liking but Hunter loved him no matter what.
Hunter is like most of the precious younger alphas with his fears about being able to provide for his omega and being unsure about being a dad. I think if their moms would have sat down and just flat out said they knew about the relationship and approved it could have cut out anxiety and unnecessary drama.

Anna knows her way around a sexy scene. If you love alphas and how they build up their omegas, you will want to read this. Quentin was so afraid of what others thought of him, not to mention that he has loved his stepbrother since he was 18. Hunter knew that Queenie was his and was able to show him what a great person he really was. Their moms are great. Understanding and loving them both. Looking forward to finding out more about Kieran.
