WHERE DO I BEGIN.
I yelled, cried, and yearned. I lost my cool a handful of times and I'm shameless to admit, I was up WAY past midnight 3 nights in a row for this book. I literally couldn't put it down. When I had to wake up and function, all I could think about is returning to this world.
Danielle returns with likely the most epic installment yet. Every book of this world has captivated me, but this book broke me. I don't think I have even recovered from this ending. It is the most insane cliffhanger I have read yet.
As this is spoiler free, I'll keep the details out of it😉 but this book follows multiple character perspectives and as the reader, I was hooked. Just when you were left with an insane twist, the author returns to another character. The only solution? Keep reading. Forget sleep.
I am in love with the characters, but yes, I've got a soft spot for my tormented vampire prince who was introduced in the previous book. Arius. He is masterfully crafted with layer upon layer of development. And we get to follow his journey in this book, which was AMAZING.
While I desperately wait for the 4th installment, I will hope to the Gods that Arius shows up at my door. A girl can wish, right?😈

This was another good book in this series. It was fast paced with a good story. The romance was a little hot at times but perfect for the book. I loved the dragons too!

A Sequel to the longing mates series and it's the 3rd one, the story doesn't end here, there's a 4th part too - coming soon.
As you can see from the second sequel , vampires and werewolves have been reunited. There's so many things happening here, Kate and Damien are married now and lives happily, her father Sam, is in the death bed🥺 infected by the Darkness, beside Sarah, her mother praying for him, her brother Will is the new alpha of the pack, Will finding his fated mate, Bianca and Arius finding a cure in the mountains for Kate's father and finding his love again, a sin committed long ago, a sacred sword to be found and to break the demon's curse before darkness evades them.

This book is super fun to read. I am trash for vampires and especially in YA. This book has all the elements of a PNR, with so much more. It is action packed and has fun banter. The other thing is the characters. These characters are extremely flushed out and super fun. Will and Leila have great chemistry, but are such a great team. I highly recommend this book!

A True and Worthy Blast!
I finally get to review this book!
I’ve been looking forward to reading this for months, and when I finally managed to clear some time (ie, quit my job and get one that didn’t suck), I could sit down and soak in this tale with a clear head.
I loved it, truly. I was gripped from start to finish as the story moved with a fast pace through country and under-country, demons and vampires, and that mega-battle! Dark castles, beautiful magic, epic battles, and characters to root for, this has it all by the shovel load!
From floating islands to stone dragons, I was compelled to keep reading until the very end, and what a cliffhanger! Bloody hell, I needed a sit down afterwards.
Paquette-Harvey has revealed such a story in this world of hers and I’m here for it. I cannot wait for the fourth and (unfortunately) finally instalment!
An absolute blast, well done!

Author Danielle raises the stakes in this next book in the Longing Mates series. An epic war is on the horizon as Eurynomos gets closer to invading our world. Vampires and werewolves were already united, but now they seek the help of other werewolf packs, dragons, and elves. Did I say Dragons? Yes, there are dragons in this edition of the story. The tale is beautifully woven together. There is steamy romance as people find their mates, and lots of drama to go with it. I’m looking forward to reading Fallen, the next book in the series.

This is a great series if you love paranormal romance with heat! In this next book, we have even more POVs and action. Stakes are definitely raised and there are a lot of new supernatural elements. The author definitely keeps things moving and the narration is fast-paced, but also conversational, making it easy to read. I only wished for a bit more description at times, allowing us to really experience it at certain points. Very enjoyable and well done!

Eurynomos, the demon is trying and working to cross to the world of living and rule over everything. Bianca, the daughter of moon goddess, is trying to find a way to break the curse. Interestingly, the curse is that she is bound to the demon as in they can hear each other through their mind. Will, the alpha of the werewolf pack is confused about his responsibilities and his desires.
This is the third book in the series, trust me you will understand even if you haven't read the first two but it's best to read the whole series, for better experience. The characters are relatable that makes us crave to travel with them. I love werewolves and vampires, here we have elves, nymphs, dragons, witches, demons and the whole concept of fated-mate was fabulous! I rooted for Will and Leila from the beginning. The ending made me scream "I knew it but no it shouldn't happen" even if you can predict a bit you will still scream when the book ends.
I honestly can't wait for the next book but patience is the key besides I have no other option other than waiting 😄

The author has a unique writing style that is just enough detail to fuel your imagination and the story follows at a fast pace, she is not over descriptive with the vampires or the werewolves.
I was sitting in a coffee shop when two of the main characters 'got together' ... :-) the story continues on where Age Old Enemies left off where the werewolf pack and the vampires are faced with an even great enemy in a demon that is trying to move into the human world to conquer it and rule it in darkness. The story leads to a climax but will continue into a fourth book ... that I will be reading!!
in short, I love reading this author, there is real talent here!

I've got mixed feelings throughout the book. In a minute I was over the moon for the characters for they have found their mates, and in another minute,I would be devastated over the fate that would befallen them.
I really love the way the storyline was being unfold as the author would tell them through several point of views of the characters in it, through which the readers would be able to grasp better on what is happening. And like before, the book taught me to appreciate my partner better and to love more each day😊
If anyone is looking for a steamy romance fill with adventures of the vampires,elves,werewolf,and dragons,this is the one for you guys!!

If you are looking for a vampire story with quirky and cunning twists, “A beloved Sin” by “Danielle Paquette-Harvey” is a perfect pick for you. I want to thank the author for sending me ARC.
This is the second book of the series. The characters are fascinating and show a ton of potential. The writing is simple, and the narration is relaxed and conversational, making the read fast-paced and entertaining. Everything in the story, action, funny banters, good storyline, suspense, and fascinating chemistry between the characters.
There are many layers in this absorbing and well-constructed book. I am excited about the next book of the series.

The world Danielle has created keeps growing with all its fantasy creatures. There is so much to explore with all the new elements introduced! I don’t want to spoil the surprises so you’ll just have to read to find out 😉
As for the romance, it really is a painful longing omg. The emotions are bitter sweet and full of confusion, heartache, and happiness. This book features multiple relationships and even brings back those we’ve seen in previous books. I love how everyone is tied together and we never quite say goodbye when the next adventure happens.
Also, I love seeing elements of Greek Mythology in pretty much everything and this book has it! The magic used is great and I enjoyed reading the darker side of the demon they’re struggling to defeat.
There’s mystery, magic, romance, and lots of action in this book! It was a fantastic read!
I’ll be starting the next book very soon!

It’s been a fantastic adventure, following some of my favorite werewolves and vampires around as they prepare for the ultimate war against Eurynomos the demon. With the werewolves and vampires already united, the characters are looking for alliances with other magical races.
There are actually elves, dragons, and even, a favorite, nymphs! I was happily surprised when these new races were revealed.
The new characters being introduced are all intriguing and I enjoyed getting to know them as they led me along in their romances, battles, and the climax near the end. I think Leila was my favorite. Thank you, Danielle, for introducing us. I will definitely be reading the next book in the series, Fallen. Can’t wait.

I haven’t been so invested in a group of characters in a long time. This story is like a roller coaster ride. You’re up. You’re down and then when you think you know where it’s headed, BAM!!!! You’re going for a loop and it follows up with a corkscrew. Do yourself a favor and read this series!!!

Fantastic
I really enjoyed this story, even though it was heartbreaking. I also liked the many pov's although it would have been interesting to understand why her friend suddenly turned against her. I realised on reading this that I had read the first one, so I was thrilled to be able to find out more.

Although the first volume was very good and the 2nd volume even better, the 3rd volume is in my opinion the best of the three. The pace is slower than in the first volumes. This gives us time to really get attached to the different characters in the story. Also, the storyline is very well done and keeps us in suspense until the very end. And what about the end... I won't say anything about it, except that it is surprising and couldn't be more audacious. What give us desire to read the next volume that I am already looking to read.

This book was really fast paced. I was not able to keep the book down. The entire world just gave me chills. The dragons, vampires, werewolves, faeries, magic, omg! It was awesome.
I don’t know why these authors always leave me in a cliffhanger! I am desperate to know what happens in the next book.
You will be hooked right from the first page.
Unlike Age Old Enemies, this book covers the Pov’s of many people which I obviously loved as I am a person who wants to know every MC’s Pov.
And the author beautifully worked on it.
I really must appreciate her efforts on it as I know its not an easy task. I was able to recognize whose Pov am reading just by the slang. And that requires efforts.
The most lovable thing in this world is the Mate Bond, where the mates would be able to communicate in their minds! I mean its awesome! Isn’t it. How wonderful it would it be if it is in reality!
I strongly recommend you to read this book. I swear you'll be as impressed as me!

The description Danielle wrote is spot on for the book. There is a dark entity that wants to cross realms. The paranormal creatures need to work together to make this not happen. I love the characters that Danielle creates. More of the story unfolds and you get some answers for this series. I literally cried as I read the ending of this work of perfection. I would love this series to never end.

A Beloved Sin is the 2nd story in the Longing Mates series. The books are not standalone, and for an amazing experience, I advise reading the entire series. This book is a little different from the 1st one with more POVs and a lot of different creatures in it. A war is about to hit and commanded by a demon, Eurynomos, who’s freeing himself from his eons of imprisonment, and Vampires and Werewolves embark on a journey to find a sacred sword, but there’s a twist!
The characters are fascinating and have many layers to be explored. Will is the alpha of his pack, he took upon the responsibility once his father fell to the demon’s curse. Leila is part werewolf and witch, a courageous woman born to make a difference. There are also the Vampire brothers, Damien, who found his mate in Age-Old Enemies and Arius, a sweet vampire prince with a sad past. I was overjoyed about Arius’ story. He so deserved his happiness.
I felt a bit overwhelmed by so many POVs and different characters in one place. It reminded me of LOTR. I think it would have easily supported another book in the series as the story moved faster than I could determine where the characters fit in. Taking that aside, the story is a fun read and features successfully the strong pull between mates, lots of love and spicy moments, twists you don’t see coming and will leave you screaming in angst. If you like fantasy with a LOTR feeling, grab a copy of this series, you’ll love it.

Being a mood reader, this book has been in my current reads for a while, but I finished reading it in 3 days after picking it up. I love that this tells Will's story who had become an Alpha given that his sister becomes Damien's queen. Overall, this was a great read, but I enjoyed book one better. Why? There's too many POVs in this book, and to be honest I skip reading Euro... (the demon's) POV. I couldn't care less about him and Bianca too. I didn't skip her POV, but after two POVs from her; I skimmed through hers. She isn't hateful, she just bore me.
I can't express how happy I am for Arius. He deserved to be happy. But what I excited me the most was Will POV. I like his mate, but I can't help but cheer for Jane. And as one of the reader said, that ending made me scream. It's a cliffhanger. Good thing the 3rd book is out.
I'm going in and hopefully, I would love the 3rd book as much as the first.

Sad fate
This book was different from the others as I got to read more then 2 povs throughout the story which allowed me to follow different things going on at the same time through different characters. It was nice to see many characters finally moving forward, getting answers and finding love. I was also happy to see all the old characters come back at some point or another in the story and see where their lives are heading now. Some happy moments, omg, and sad moments as well. The ending really got me, I saw it coming but was hoping I was wrong but it was written great and leaves it open for a 4th book. Love, lust, betrayal, friendship, mates, forever love, bonds and tears shed. This book gives you a little bit of everhthing and if you loved the previous characters and wonder what happened to them then this book will leave you happy.

Wow! What a rollercoaster ride! I can see why this book was featured in the medias. And what a cliffhanger! OMG this is insane! I need to read the next book!!
This book has it all! The steamy scenes, the romance, the adventure. Of yeah, did I mention dragons? And a floating island?
I wasn't expecting to love this book so much! Job well done, Danielle! Everyone who loved Twilight should definitely read it!

This is the second book in the Longing Mates trilogy! Vampires, witches, demons, dragons, curses, elves, and emotions all across the board!! Danielle is a genius!! What a fantastic adventure to take us straight into book 3!! Chef’s Kiss!!!
