Rogues aren’t supposed to fall in love. Lochlan’s been lying low for a while and would have remained hidden forever if Luna hadn’t come along. The woman is trouble, and this cynical wolf knows he should walk away. Whatever crisis she’s dealing with isn’t his problem. However, he can’t abandon his mate. Yup. His freaking mate. So much for thinking he’d die grumpy and alone. Despite not being crazy about the idea, he can’t ignore her—or the danger stalking her. A threat that might extend to all of Werekind. Like hell. Whoever is responsible better run far and fast, because this rogue won’t hesitate to kill for the ones he loves.
Hello, my name is Eve Langlais and I am an International Bestselling author who loves to write hot romance, usually with werewolves, cyborgs or aliens .
I should warn you, I have a twisted imagination and a sarcastic sense of humor something I like to let loose in my writing. While well known for my shifter stories, I am also extremely partial to aliens, the kind who like to abduct humans and then drive them insane...with pleasure. Or do you like something a little darker, more serious? Then check out my cyborgs whose battle with humanity have captivated readers worldwide.
I'm sad the series ended but happy it did on a good note. I love how Lochlan and Luna found their mates in their seasoned years. I loved all the stories in tis series but this was by far my favorite. Action packed.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one. Loved the characters in Luna and Lochlan. They fell in loved and took care of business!! And it was so satisfying to read what they accomplished. I’d love to read more stories on those at the White Wolf Ranch. On to another series. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜😊😊😊😊😊
What I really liked about this book is that the characters are in their late 40s when they find out they are mates. The trauma visited on these shifters by the military and others who wish to hunt supernaturals was sickening. I like Luna knowing how to survive after what was fine to her.
This was an interesting continuation of the series. Mature wounded hero and heroine with great chemistry. We meet them in previous books as side characters and in this one they take center stage. Entertaining read with some smexy times.
The female character was sorta annoying, so far I've only really liked one of the female characters in this series. I'm sure they were written this way on purpose, I just wanted to reach into the books at times and tell the female character to shut up! lol
This was so good! I wasn’t sure what these two would bring me, but I did not expect the twists that happened, and then the turns that came after those. A couple on the run, unknown bad guys in positions of power, and truly heinous and haunted pasts, these two drew me in and held me tight until their HEA <3
