Very similar to Traction by Gino Wickman (and the EOS system), seems to have a bigger scope and more tools, however. Take your pick.

Mark Moses is the author of the international bestselling book, Make Big Happen, and its follow-up book, Making big happen. The book is a perfect guide for every person who is in the field of business. It acts as a complete guide for increasing the growth and profitability of any business.
As mentioned in the preface itself this book is dedicated to every other entrepreneur, CEO, and business leader all over the world. The tools as described by the author are very practical, and the narratives are very interesting to read. The book is divided into four different parts which are again segregated into various elements. Each of the chapters lets the readers know in detail about how to establish, maintain and make happen the big changes in order to achieve the best. It uses practical examples which makes it more engaging. The book also focuses on accountability, development, and productivity.
The reading is a very productive read and is recommended to every individual in their way to success.

Practical tips, to make your business tick
When you talk about value for money, this is one of those books where the scales aren’t really equal, to be honest, not at all. The value hidden in this book is simply priceless. You know, several books on “business success” go on, and on, rambling about the same stuff; discipline, save up, grind hard, etc. This book, however, brings it home. It’s a personal chat with Mark Moses, it’s like someone really coming down to your level and imparting on you. It’s just like getting coached.
What I enjoyed the most were the practical examples Mark gave. They were a mix of real-life experiences that worked, and tips you can do on your own to scale your business. Like I said earlier, it's like being coached, but not just by anyone, a coach who knows what they're doing with artillery of experience.
A fair warning: It's not for lazy folks, though, but I can stake anything telling you, you would love yourself if you can take your time to read this. I wish I did so when I started my business

This book was written by Mark Moses, the Founding Partner of CEO Coaching International, which has coached more than 875 of the world's top high-growth entrepreneurs and CEOs in over 45 countries. With this kind of credentials, I was sure he knows what he is talking about.
The book is very well-written and is filled with incredible and innovative ideas to implement in the business world. A lot of this information is helpful in a work environment, but there were some tips and suggestions that I felt could also be beneficial at home and in my personal life as well.
I highly recommend reading this book!

Making Big Happen by Mark Moses is the Business Mentoring book you could use in many situations. I don't mentor people through a business, but I do as a teacher, and I found this book priceless. I love the question, "How do you hold yourself accountable?" Even as mentors, we have to be accountable to someone, a system of rules, or the character of our own beliefs. I was very impressed with how well this book was written. Nuggets of wisdom are seamlessly woven throughout this book, but the visional aids are impressive as they illustrate the author's point of view. My favorite illustration was the pyramid of miracle growth strategy this hit home.

I love delving into business-related self-help books and Making Big Happen: Applying The Make Big Happen System to Grow Big by Mark Moses is one of these books that I found very helpful for business enthusiasts. I appreciate how the author emphasized that aiming for a huge business is never impossible if you just follow the best practices. This book teaches us that. It also shows and explains different sets of rhythms which were organized in a straightforward manner. I have learned new things through this book and as someone who wants to embark on business (and making it big) one day, I consider this a gem. I am planning to re-read again when I am ready to do business.

Making big happen by author Moses is a book that I am sure would help me rebuild and grow my business. Due to the pandemic I have had some problems with it so I am trying to inform myself as much as possible with books of this kind how to grow the business in a way that it maintains in time.
This book gave me information and ideas that I haven’t thought about before.
Achieving business growth is not something simple and the author has taught me the important point to focus to get this. Also, the book has many pictures and graphs that help me a lot to understand the author’s ideas, not only about how things work, but also about his experience. I would recommend reading it!

There is so much essential information in this book that it is worth every minute of the time it took me to read it. In it, the authors help people to achieve their business goals in three steps. I liked the book mainly because it is clear and I could follow it without a problem; sometimes, business books tend to be a bit hard to grasp.
Another thing to mention is that the approach of this book towards the topic is different from others, it focuses on a methodology rather than on areas or operations.
I liked this book and I would recommend reading it to everyone who needs to grow their company and doesn't know where to start.

In a few more than three hundred pages, author Moses proposes a methodology to help people grow their business. His vast knowledge on this field has made the information presented in this book as well as the voices of other authors important and believable.
Moses is not the only one who contributed to write this book; Craig Coleman, Chris Larkins, and Don Schiavone are also part of this reading that is interesting and thought provoking.
I would recommend reading it to everyone interested in business practices and how to improve, grow and even, build a business. I liked it.

I have been looking for a read that was interesting enough and that would help me grow my business. When I read the description of this book, I knew it would be more than interesting so I didn’t hesitate to read it.
Making Big Happen provides the tools and information needed to grow a business in a simple (as the author mentions) three-step process. Although I cannot say I believe everything is too easy in this process, I must admit that I believe the information and the process is very clear and I feel it would bring good results. I would recommend reading this book and making your own ideas about it!

I must admit that I really liked this book; but, to begin with, I must also say that I have given this book three stars because I think everything is presented as to be so simple… ”international’s proven set of best practices have been translated into a simple three-step process”. I really hope all this works like this, but until trying myself with my own business I have my doubts. Sorry about that.
Apart from what I’ve mentioned, I liked this book and found it to be inspiring and interesting. Achieving our goals is something we all want and even more so when we are the leaders in the team. I will put the advice and ideas the authors give into practice.

Interesting and complete with a different view.
“Making Big Happen: Applying The Make Big Happen System to Grow Big” is the book everyone needs to read if they are looking to build and grow a business. Although other books on this topic are focused on workers, finance or marketing, this one has jumped into the topic with a different perspective; something I really liked. Although I am a fast reader, I took my time with this book because I really wanted to take most of it. The idea presented in this reading about building and growing a business is very interesting. I felt really absorbed by this read. Applying the Make Big Happen system to grow big is an idea I haven’t heard of before so I read this book with all my attention.
Although the book is not very short, I think it has the appropriate length for such a topic. The graphs and pictures add a lot to the book, making it more enjoyable. I would recommend reading it!
