Helpful

As a person newly diagnosed with a fib I found this book filled with helpful tips and information. Although my doctor was very informative this book filled in the gaps for me.

Thank you!

An excellent resource. I wish I had read it a month ago when my persistent afib started. I wish more simple, practical, summaries like this were available for another health challenges.
