This book has easy to use, easy to unwrap suggestions that will make an impact for those who want to develop an action oriented mindset in the mind-body sense. I like how the book forces you to look at what you do and helps you how to clearly utilize skillful means.
This book has some generally good advice. Some parts were a bit repetitive and I found he danced around what he was trying to say at some points, but overall, I found it be helpful and an enjoyable read.
Overall this book had decent information but I found it a bit repetitive. The steps were easy to follow and they were things you could start immediately.
The tips are really good but the book was a bit hard to read. I always think books like this are made more readable and interesting when there are real life examples included and unfortunately the author didn't write in that style. Overall, I would recommend it for someone who has an overthinking problem.
