Finally! We got the big battle to take back Zandia! Sure it's not the main plot of the book but after 8 books the romance is very predictable so what holds my attention is the overall story arc. And I'm so happy that we finally reached this point :) And now it's time to switch gears and move to the next stage and series of the Zandian's saga.
I sympathized with both Paal and Leti throughout this as they both have major psychological issues to overcome. In fact I strongly believe that it would have been better if they However this isn't the way these books work so I knew I'll never get to see it. Hopefully in one of the books of the sequel series we'll get to see how they've progressed as a couple.
i've read one previous book by Renee Rose in the past and that was Mina's story as she meets Erick who's come to save her in Zandian Pet, and i fell in love with the story, the characters and even the storyline. It's also reignited my love of paranormal romances and the different and vast worlds that authors manage to create.
While i personally haven't read all the previous books in the series, i wish i had before getting to this second book because there were so many characters in this story that i just felt the need to know it all. Though, that doesn't mean that it's necessary to have read the previous books before His Human Possession because it isn't. It's a story that can stand on its own with some elements that we saw in the previous book, and yet, Leti and Paal's story was more intense than the previous one in the sense that we see Leti learning how to discover herself once again after years of training as a slave while Paal, who has never been with a woman, discovers what it means to embrace certain parts of himself.
It was an entertaining book - there's no denying that whatsoever, and not only do i want to read more from this series, but i'm truly looking forward to reading the future in this series and finding out how the Zandians will become a force to be reckoned with.
A satisfying conclusion to the Zandian Masters. The Zandians have recovered their home world and it was realistic with the battle raging and losses, but all ended well. I enjoyed this series and look for more peeks into my favourite characters futures.
Renee Rose has brought us the conclusion of her Zandian series. I hope it's just the conclusion of one part of the series and we get to move into another phase of it, now that things have changed. I think that there is the chance of so many more good stories.
Anyway, so we're back soon after Taramina was rescued and taken home. She and her mate have been acting as ambassadors for Prince Zander. One of their trips takes them to Jujo, where Leti is currently enslaved. She served as a pet with Mina before their master died, and she was sold to the Emperor of Jujo. But, that's OK, Mina, her mate, and another Zandian are there, and she's going to be rescued.
Paal's job is to rescue Leti and get her to the ship. That way the ambassadorial hands are clean. As soon as he sees Leti he's entranced. However, he's bound and determined to not be ensnared by any woman. He saw his mother go from man to man, and he's not going to be played as a chump, especially by a pleasure girl who has been trained to seduce men. But as soon as they get into private, he can't help himself, and he has to spank her and they have sex.
Leti knows that she has to keep this huge horned purple warrior on her side. He's now in charge of her, and she knows that as a human, she's at danger in the whole universe. So, she goes about using all her training so that she can give him pleasure and keep him happy. The problem is that he doesn't want that and every time she tries, he gets mad. It's hard for her to figure out what he wants.
Meanwhile, the overarching story arc that's spanned the entire series is playing out as well. There is action, fighting, explosions, raids, and acts of daring-do. So, pretty much a little bit of everything, and oh so very exciting.
Paal kind of needed smacked around sometimes. He doesn't always stop to think about what Leti might be feeling or what her motivations would be. I do like him though. He's a very Zandian Zandian, and is generally a good man. I really enjoyed this book and the series altogether. I'm going to have to reread the whole thing back to back now, just because I can.
5.0 out of 5 starsMore Please ByDonna Lon February 23, 2018 Format: Kindle Edition This is a wonderful addition to this exciting series by this author. I don't usually enjoy Sci-fi stories but this had me fascinated from the start.I am very happy that there is more books to come as the Zandian's rebuild their world.I recommend reading the books in order to familiarize yourself with the characters and their relationships. The supporting characters are so well integrated into the storyline that the book would not be the same without them. There is so much depth to Leti and Paal, the author did a brilliant job revealing each layer. Taken from her family at six years old,Leti knows the only way to exsist is through her body. Her future is bleak until she is rescued by Paal,a Zandian warrior with a distrust of women in general.Paal did not want to be Leti's guardian but she brings out dormant desires in him,but he would not allow another warrior to claim her.Conflicted,he decides to retrain her, uncover her real emotions.Paal is left to protect and guard while the rest of the Warriors plan to reclaim their home planet. There were times when i did not like how badly Paal treated Leti, his distrust overruled his judgment .It took time for him to come to his senses and see the real person that she was. This book includes danger, slavery, war, erotic sex scenes, punishments and a explosive conclusion.
While some of the other books in this series can be read as stand alones or even out of order, this one is really best if read right after Zandian Pet. We briefly met Leti in the last book and now this story starts off immediately with her rescue from captivity. However, Leti is unsure whether she is just trading one prison for another when she meets Paal. And Paal isn't sure he can trust any woman, let alone one that is used to manipulating men through seduction. This is not only the story of Paal and Leti, it is also the story that we have all been waiting for as Prince Zander gives the order to go into battle to reclaim Zandia. In other words, there is plenty of action both in and out of the bedroom! While this is the last book in the Zandian Masters series, it looks as though we will see more of the Zandians in a future spin-off series. I hope we don't have to wait too long!
I've read some of the Zandian books before, out of order, but reading this one really pulled a lot of things together for me! I love these aliens and repurposed humans stories! I mean sometimes the possessive males feel robotic and unemotional, but when they come around, the juice is large scale, sweet and not at the same time. I'm going to go ahead and get Riya's story now! Happy reading!
This series has been amazing - I've read the whole thing in two days. Paal is a bit of an idiot sometimes, headstrong and influenced by his mother, but Leti is just the right human to sort him out
I’ve averaged my rating to come up with 3 stars. For the romance between Paal and Leti, I’d give it a single star. Personally, I hated it. While both of their back stories are heart breaking, it doesn’t excuse current behavior. Paal is nothing short of a sadist. I didn’t find their sexual interludes erotic at all. In fact, it was uncomfortable to read. Mostly the degradation and humiliation. Especially after Leti was rescued from sexual slavery. Quite frankly, after 25%, I just skimmed through the book, only stopping to read the secondary storyline around the battle for Zandia. It’s not that I have an issue with some spanking, but Paal’s went beyond that into physical abuse. Sorry, not sexy. At. All.
I did enjoy the secondary story as the Zandians prepare to retake their planet. That was the only redeeming thing about this book.
Whilst the other two Zandian books I've read could be read as stand alone, I do think this would be better read after His Human Pet. This is mainly because there is quite a bit of side story in this, linked to the Zandian home planet.
Leti drew me in from the start. In some ways she comes across as manipulative, but only because it has been how she has survived life as a sex slave. Once you get to know her you get to really care about her. Unfortunately Leti's survival instincts trigger Paal's 'avoid' instincts, a result of his mother's predatory behaviour. This leads to hurt on both sides and some silly decisions. I liked both main characters and they share some very hot and intense chemistry. There is lots of spanking and plenty of fun but also a well written and engaging plot with some good twists and unexpected happenings.
Great read if...you enjoyed the other books in the series, Sci Fi Romance, BDSM, and HEA.
Side Note: This is definitely a series best read in order. There was sooooo much build up to everything that happened in this book and I LOVED the way it panned out. This wrapped up so much in such an amazing way. The sex was incredible. The characters were both easy to love. The chemistry between them rocked. As usual the action drove what it needed to WHEN it needed to. This was the first sci-fi series I have ever read period and honestly, it sets the standards high for those I choose read in the future.
Loved Paal and Leti’s story. But His Human Possession was much more than just their super hot romance - it’s a conclusion to the Zandian’s fight to reclaim their world! From book one it’s been an ongoing fight to return to Zandia, and it’s a secondary story line I’ve found interesting and fun which added nicely to the steamy romances. I was sad to think this was the last in such a great series, but I’m extremely excited for the spin off series coming out of this, Zandian Brides!
This story will break your heart, hold you captive, and keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish!
SPOILER ALERT: THIS IS BOOK 8 IN THE ZANDIAN MASTERS SERIES. IF YOU HAVEN'T READ BOOKS 1 THROUGH 7 IN THIS SERIES, THIS REVIEW MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS.
Ripped from your mother at six-years-old? Trained as a sex slave? Traded from owner to owner as you perform each master's most depraved wishes? That's Leti's life. Resigned to her fate, out of nowhere, her best friend, Mina, barges into her life again. But it's Paal, a Zandian warrior, who rescues her. Or does he? Paal's captivated by Leti. His reaction to her takes him to a place he’s never known. What’s this spell she’s cast that spins him to a place of such deep, dark, terrifyingly visceral reactions? When Mina asks Paal to be Leti's guardian, he accepts. What? Paal's never needed a female, especially not a human sex pet! He's not sure what's going on here. Even though the little slave fascinates him, he knows she's wily, well-trained in the arts of seduction. He absolutely doesn't trust her. And Leti? The last thing she wants is another sex-addled master. She trusts Paal about as far as she can throw him, even if Zandians don’t believe in slavery. Despite all this, Paal and Leti are pulled into a mutual gravitational orbit. What can these two possibly have in common? Maybe more than either realizes. But neither trusts the other. Without that, where can anything go? When Prince Zander decides it's time for the final offensive, Paal's torn. Being left behind to guard the females and children vie with his need to join his fellow warriors. Events soon spiral out of control when Leti discovers both a miracle and disaster simultaneously. Paal's involved in both yet he doesn't believe a word Leti says. To make matters worse, Paal finds himself cast in the role of the Zandians' last hope, a mission that's sheer suicide. As he realizes he may have made the biggest mistake of all, what can he do? His duty is clear. He has no choice. And neither does Leti. Can these two survive the destruction surrounding them? If not, what comes next? One thing is certain. Paal and Leti hold the keys to the future of both the Zandian and human races in their hands. Can they dig deep enough to find the strength to put their pasts behind them? Is it possible to find the truth? If not, everything, everyone will be lost!
This story captured me from the first page. Leti's surface persona as a sex slave has served her well, saved her from certain ruin. It's all she knows. But is it real? Paal's completely self-sufficient. He needs no one, certainly not a sex slave. But the evolution of these two shows just how fantastic a writer Renee Rose is. She's crafted these two so perfectly. Their anger, misunderstandings, and antagonistic attitudes make you wonder just where the story's going. As they begin to find common ground, hope rises. But Ms. Rose spins twists and turns into a true roller coaster of emotions and uncertainty as Paal and Leti find the ground shifting under them in cataclysmic ways that will keep you guessing to the last word. While Paal and Leti are the heart and soul of this story, Prince Zander, Lamira, Mina, Erick, Bayla, Dr. Daneth, and the other Zandians and humans are the glue that hold the story together. Without them, there would be no story. Renee Rose has the ability to weave these characters, their diverse backgrounds, and utterly impossible circumstances into a tapestry of incredible depth and complexity. His Human Possession deserves nothing less than a five-star rating. Congratulations, Ms. Rose. This story is another winner!
One final note. Please be an informed reader and consumer! This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and sexual scenes. If you don't enjoy this genre, this may not be the book for you. There are book synopses and reviews available on Goodreads and all booksellers' websites. Use these resources. DON'T LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WON'T ENJOY THE BOOK. It's not fair to the authors. They work extremely hard to provide a quality work product. If you know you'll object to the book's subject matter before you buy it, you're doing yourself and the authors an extreme disservice.

Whether you have read any of the books in this series or not, you will be able to follow the tale, which will read as a stand-alone. The story includes people from previous stories, but still told in a way you aren’t lost. This is about freedom, new beginnings, and the fierce battle fought to correct wrongs.
Leticia is human, and from the time she was six-years-old, she was taken from her family and eventually trained to be a sex pet slave. It is what she has known, and she has made the best of it. She knows how to use her body, to seduce, and to please.
Paal is part of the royal guard under Prince Zander. He lives aboard the pod and serves well. He will help Erick and Mina rescue Leti in a daring move, taking her from her new owner on Jujo. What is isn’t prepared for is this feisty and seductive female.
The plot will have a rescue of Leti and her using her feminine wiles on Paal, but he will turn the tables on her. What she doesn’t know is his dislike for seduction after growing up with a mother her was fickle and used her sexuality to get what she wanted, including leaving his father. Back at the Zandian pod, Paal will find himself acting as guardian for Leti. He takes the task with mixed emotions. He really doesn’t want her, but the thought of her with another doesn’t sit well either.
“You’re mine as much as I’m yours.”
The story is also a battle for righting wrongs and taking back their planet in a war. The Zandians have started taking human females for brides because they are very few of their own left for reproduction. They will need them when they reclaim their home planet. What will come of the relationship between Paal and Leti? Will he let his bitterness toward his mother affect his relationship with Leti believing her no different?
The story is a sci-fi erotic tale with explicit sex scenes, punishments, discipline, and sometimes losing control. It includes sexual slavery among other planets but not the Zandian people. The story includes unequal power exchange and sexual slavery of humans in an alien planet world.
Seeing how this is the book when we finally get the war to take back Zandia, I really expected more on that. We get so very little of the actual battle at the very end, and even that is just super short looks from Zander's point of view. That was really a let down.
Leti was Taramina's closest friend when they were kept as slaves. So when Taramina just happens to notice that she is one of the humans put on display on a planet she has gone to with Erick seeking assistance, she immediately tells Paal to free her friend without doing anything that would point back to them. And he easily succeeds.
I did not like Leti at all. Every thought and action of hers was to seduce Paal in order to use him for her own gain. So pretty much all we get of her personality is someone who doesn't know, or want, anything but sex. And she openly flirts with all the other males simply to make Paal jealous. It was annoying. And of course, Paal can't resist her. Which is something he hates because he knows that he can't trust her. He sees her as just like his mother, a woman who seduces a man, uses him, and then discards him. So obviously these two have an unstable relationship.
I was really hoping that things would get better about half way thru when it was time to go to war....but it didn't really. Zander leaves Paal in charge of the pod and protecting the females or those others that can't fight. Paal's mother shows up just to cause drama and more friction and fighting between him and Leti. She was also annoying.
The war is going very, very badly for the Zandians which forces Paal to make hard decisions. One of which is how much does he trust Lamira and her visions. She has finally seen an end to the war with the death of the enemy king. And she knows exactly where to find him. I will say that that part was at least not bad. Almost dying has Paal realizing what he really cares about and it's thoughts of Leti that get him back on his feet. Likewise, it's the thought of losing Paal that has Leti realizing what she wants for her future.
It's not a spoiler to say that they were victorious in the end because of course they would be. And now it's time to start rebuilding their world and their people.
The suspense almost ruined me, but the romance revived me – A STELLAR sci-fi romance! Purple is my new favorite color and for the first time in my life, I realize how HAWT purple skin and violet/brown eyes truly are. Renee Rose’s newest addition to her Warriors of Zandia series, “His Human Possession” resembles that hawt color – or at least the tall, purple and built male Zandians do! And in “His Human Possession” There is a little bit of everything – the rescued damsel in distress, the huge alien who rescues her and a society both so different from anything on earth and yet in important ways it is very much the same. Sounds like a bit of a dichotomy, doesn’t it? Can you imagine the problems that being from two very different cultures might cause in a new interplanetary relationship! Some made me laugh out loud, some made me angry, while others made me sad. But never fear, Renee Rose always treats her readers to a well-developed HEA, and this reader loved to watch it unfold. “His Human Possession” is an amazing addition to the tale of the refugee Zandian race that has been exiled with their Prince and are working to build up a force of warriors and allies large enough to take back their crystal-rich planet. If you have read any of the Zandian novels by Rose, then “His Human Possession” is the next one to read because beyond the romance of the human woman, Leti, and the Zandian warrior, Paal, readers may also experience how the Zandians are able to take back their planet, or not . . . NO SPOILERS HERE! Though I was given an ARC to prepare this honest voluntary review, this reader/reviewer must STRONGLY suggest you pick up your copy today. As always, author Rose’s prose is masterful, the characterization exquisite, and the plot bursting with surprises. Get your copy of “His Human Possession” today! Happy pages! 😉
Paal rescues Leti from Jujo where she was used as a Sex Pet and the sparks fly. Leti does what she was trained for and tries to seduce Paal with sex but he is having none of that. Paal is infuriated each time Leti attempts to initiate sex like she was conditioned to do, it's all she's known for most of her life, but Paal has experienced his own mother going from man to man to advance her own position and sees Leti as trying to use sex with him as a ploy. This causes conflict with Paal and firm corrections in the form of spankings by him. Leti doesn't know how to deal with a man that resists her seductions but also shows her that a good spanking is a turn on for her. Meanwhile, the fight to get their planet back has the Zandians looking for the right time to make their move. The relationship between Leti and Paal is heating up as Paal is torn about Leti, he can't see any man putting their hands on her yet he doesn't want a manipulative human to ruin his life either. We see many of the previous book's couples that come together as they prepare for the battle to reclaim their planet and it all just works! I hope we get to see more of the Zandians and their human mates as they rebuild their planet and start over with completely new lives on their decimated land. This action packed, sexy story of the Zandians exile and battle for their lives is great!!! I also see potential for more, as the Zandians have no more fertile females and there is a need for brides to help repopulate their world.
Renee Rose’s Zandian series has been incredible so far and has really sucked me in. Granted, I love the kinky stuff and part of that is why the series has been such a big draw for me. Mostly it’s just just Ms Rose’s writing. She has a fantastic way of drawing worlds together and just captivating readers. However, I wasn’t as thrilled with this book, only because we are just thrown into sex immediately, which for me is a bit of a turn off. Leti figures the only way she can “control” Paal is with sex, so as soon as she sees him, she immediately begins seducing him. Paal in turn, responds, and he doesn’t really want her. But Prince Zander has decided it’s time to go to war, and instead of fighting in battle, Paal finds himself watching over the women and children. No worries though. Paal gets his chance! One final note. Please be an informed reader and consumer! This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and sexual scenes. If you don't enjoy this genre, this may not be the book for you. I received an Advance Reader Copy for His Human Possession: An Alien Warrior Romance written by Renee Rose and voluntarily reviewed this book. This is one of my favorites of her stories from this series: the interaction between Paal and Leti. Your heart goes out to Leti, who was trained to please aliens, so she treats Paal as she would any customer, but she also dares to show him a side of herself she never did before, thereby breaking her own hard and fast rules to protect her heart. But when Paal is suspicious of her attention and throws her seduction back in her face, you cannot help but feel for her. Paal has vowed never to be taken in by the conniving of another female, but something about this tiny human just brings out all the desires he never knew he could feel, and it all compounds by his warring feelings. However, when they are together, they are in what is viewed as a taboo slave-master relationship…and it feels just too good to stop, no matter how much their brains protest their hearts.
Another conflict in the story is that the intergalactic action also really ramps up in this book because Prince Zander is now mobilizing everyone to take back Zandia from under Finn rule. You can imagine the chaos that ensues during war and everyone being called to do their part. Hopefully, with the Prince’s wife’s abilities, they will have good fortune to all come out unscathed on the other side.
I love this series and I'm so pleased that Renee Rose is planning to write more books about this world. There are some unusual elements to this series that make the characters more interesting. Rather than a human woman abducted suddenly from Earth, these humans have always been considered property and treated as such. It is only recently that Zandians have discovered humans aren't as inferior as previously thought.
Paal has great mistrust of women thanks to his mother, and Leti has learned the only thing of value she has is her body. Thanks to these preconceptions, these two take quite awhile to see reality. I like both characters and, although they weren't my favorite couple in this series, I enjoyed their growing relationship. There wasn't as much sexy punishment as usual and perhaps a bit less zing for that reason.
What I particularly liked was the background story that has been building throughout the series, and the roles played by characters from the previous books. Now we get to find out how well these two cultures can get along while trying to rebuild a world. This should be really interesting!
I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
Such a unique read! I'm not one to read alien romances but Renee is awesome at writing! Paal is a horned, purple man who is a guard for the Prince. When he saves Leti from a slave situation, he becomes her temporary caretaker. Not wanting the responsibility, Paal does find that he wants Leti. Leti has been trained as a sex slave since she was taken from her mom at the age of 4. Paal wants to see the REAL Leti and not the sex slave, something that she rarely lets out. This was an enjoyable read and I hope to see many more by this author in the future!
A cute story of two small-town people. Ashlyn stayed around and got married, divorced, and now is taking care of her ailing father. She loves flowers and has made her passion her job. Chance is somehow sexy and smart...yet he smokes like a chimney and drinks a lot. He also eats a lot of red meat. This has caused his doctor to tell him to take a vacation and rethink his life before he has a heart attack. I just felt like this book was missing something...it just didn't catch my attention like most of Mia/Bella's books do.
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read.
This was a good installment near the end of the series. Paal didn't trust females after his selfish mother abandoned him and his father. So when he met Leti, though extremely attracted to her, he didn't trust her at all. Thinking that she only wanted to improve her plight by getting with a more accomplished male; her every sexual advance was analyzed and judged by his inner anguish. It took Paal some time, almost the whole book, to decide he loves Leti. But she had some spine and stood up to him. Also, Taramina spoke up for her friend when she saw how miserable Leti was without Paal. Taramina really got him told honey. There are a couple of books in this series that are wonderfully written. Read books 1-3. The first one is a page turner. Read Daneth and Bayla's book, it will surprise you how Daneth really leans into his passion. Oh and read Master At Arms Seke and Leora 's story. The two older lovers set the pages on fire. This was a pleasure to read and it's money well spent. Romantic space romance at its best with BDSM mixed right in. I absolutely love that the author made the Zandians purple, it's my favorite color. ☺
This feels as raw as it can get. Her friend Mina have come to rescue Leti. However, the big warrior Paal is the one to grab her and get her to safety. Leti has be a pleasure pet for a long time and will not allow her heart to be won by anyone. But Paal has something that she just cant shake. Paal sees Leti like his mother. He has no wish to be shackled to a human slave. But something about her brings out his true Zandian nature. These two both keep fighting their interest in the other. But when WAR breaks out, they both realize that life is short.
At first, I thought he was really mean to her. She had been used by Aliens and treated badly her whole life. She just did what she knew would protect her, not to feel. But with Paal, it became so very difficult. I worried that Paal would keep letting his past dictate his future. Thank goodness for Mina. But I am glad that Prince Zander finally was able to concur. It was a long hard fight. I am so looking forward to reading the “Night of the Zandians.” I really don’t want this series to end.
This is the story of Leti and Paal and I think that just as with the others in the series, Renee Rose did a great job telling it.
Leti has a defense mechanism that makes Paal want to avoid her, but at the same time he can't truly stay away from her. I think they were perfect for each other and satisfied needs that both of them wanted to deny having. Leti was a very sweet person who had been hurt and abused and instead of understanding that Paal said and did things that hurt her as well. I liked both of their characters and was happy with the way things turned out.
I also enjoyed getting a glimpse at all the other characters and how they played a part in all the attacks (Girl Power!!). I think this was supposed to be the conclusion to the series or maybe it was just the conclusion to the war, but there is already another book set to come out and I look forward to it.
While this wasn't my favorite among the series, it was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others.
This is the first book I’ve read in the series and Ms. Rose hit it out of the park. I want to go back and read the previous books just to see how all the other characters ended up with their mates. This book starts off with Leti getting rescued by a Zandian warrior, but if she really getting rescued or just trading one prison for the next. Paal is the Zandian warrior that rescues Leti, with his hang ups that his mother caused he is reluctant to trust a woman that uses her body to get what she wants. When Prince Zander calls for war the dwindling Zandian species bands together to fight the Finn and take back their home planet. But when Paal discovers a secret that Leti has been hiding will their unspoken truce come to a fiery ending?
I love this author’s ability to transport the reader into a make believe world and make you truly believe that you are in that world. This book contains extremely hot sex scenes with spankings to control his female.
** I voluntarily read an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review **
Thus stared out hot and steamy. Stated that way for much of the book but the last 25-30% wasn’t as which was kind of disappointing.
This has elements of BDSM and Master/slave dynamics, and though they (the characters) don’t call it BDSM I wanted to see a little more consent from the heroine. I’m not sure I liked the Master/slave dynamic since she’d been a sex slave (seems like concubine would have been a good term for her) since she was a teen. I think it would have been nice to see the consensual D/s relationship with her “title” for lack of a better word being something other than “slave”.
I would really like to have seen much more of her background and how being a slave since she was 6 and taken away from her mom affected her. How did she process the sex training? How did she process being used for sex or forced to seduce someone against her wants/will?
I did read this out of order since this book came recommended. I would be open to reading more in this series as well as the sequel series. It was quick and sexy.
Another winner in this amazing Zandian Master series. Each story is a stand alone but Renee Rose skillfully weaves characters from previous stories throughout all the stories and we care and worry about all of them. Paal rescues Leti and the sparks fly!! And the book grabs you from page one until the last word! Paal is a strong, dominant, sexy Zandian warrior and Let is a strong, determined survivor and together they keep us guessing and hoping they can overcome past fears and disappointments to claim each other. Renee delivers another story that is filled with suspense, mystery, elements of BDSM, lots of romantic, sexy scenes and fast paced. She adds another element to keep us on the edge of our seats - throughout the story, the final battle to take back their planet, Zandia is raging. Oh, dear, trying to catch my breath - so much is happening……can they lose it all??? Thank you, Renee Rose for another wonderful, exciting read.
