How to use this Each week will begin with a personal note or story from Melissa or Allison. We have made the weekly format easy on time, but deep in heart. If you are like me (Allison), try to resist the urge to do more than one day at a time. This time allows your moments and revelations from God to process and sink in to your heart. If you are like Melissa, don’t worry if you miss a day or two; just pick up where you left off and go from there. We don’t want any guilt or shame to creep into this process.
