Gene is your basic first-year engineering student who has trouble understanding other people. He's struggling through the regular challenges of college: a lousy suitemate, a part time delivery job, and even occasionally, his classes. He is having trouble making friends until he discovers a strange wooden cylinder covered in mystic carvings.
Pursuing is the third and final book in the Gene's Genie trilogy. In this book, Gene's new band of friends is thrown into danger. Now Gene will have to break out of his shell and gather a team to try and save the day.
Gene's Genie is an erotic trilogy that follows Gene's adventures as he tries to come to grips with a new world of magic and debauchery. There are explicit sexual scenes, generally trending toward MF, MFF, orgy, and harem. But of course, the focus is always on character and story.
I'm just a silly 書癡 who had a funny idea for a story. The New Principal has blown up bigger than I had hoped, and I am so very grateful for the kind words, comments and messages. I read everything you send through emails and comments. I'm so happy to have such a great bunch of readers.
It turns out that our hero's new abilities, and more importantly, that of our heroine, has drawn attention to the wrong sort. And it is up to our hero to fix it pretty quickly.
This is book three of the series and the conclusion. It works okay as a standalone, but is much more enjoyable if you start from the beginning.
This is something of an erotic coming of age story with a bit of a magical twist. The story is well written and easy to read with an intriguing cast of characters. All of our characters come together here to bring things around to a satisfactory conclusion. The result includes plenty of action and steam, making for a fast paced and enjoyable wrap to the story. Overall, I really enjoyed this series and I look forward to seeing what our author creates next.

'Pursuing' was nonstop action in many ways. Gene's love action brought on action to saving Claire and Naomi. The showdown with Gene and Claire's father was anticlimactic. His action against him is more of a fade to white kind of thing. Everyone gets an HEA in this story. All though I would've love to see a foursome relationship with Gene-Naomi-Claire and Jellie. I'm glad the author decided to make the series into a trilogy rather than a serial. There's so much going on in between books it would have been frustrating. A fantastic must read.

I just love this author. Eroticism at its finest. Gene is still trying to figure out what his power is and how to use it. When Naomi and Claire are taken away, he has to come up with some sort of rescue plan. With the help of a few friends he has started to get a handle on things.
All of Shu Daizi's works I have read are in serial form. To get the whole story you need to get each segment. I do not think that is such a bad thing.

Shu Daizi is a lazy non English-speaking purveyor of sexy drivvel who uses spellchecker instead of Grammarly.com to edit his word usage challenged high school quality literary dump.
