He has worked on several middle grade series, including the popular George Brown, Class Clown (Penguin) and Shark School books (Simon & Schuster), as well as Dinomighty! graphic novels (HarperCollins). Blecha also has authored and illustrated his own stories for HarperCollins- Goodnight, Grizzle Grump! and Good Morning, Grizzle Grump!
In addition to illustrating children’s books, he works as a character designer in animation development. His solo art exhibition- ALIENS, ZOMBIES & MONSTERS! is currently touring around galleries, museums and entertainment venues across the UK.
Blecha is from Green Bay, Wisconsin. Today he lives with his family in Brighton & Hove, on the south coast of England.
