🤔 My thoughts on this book
📌 The book is straightforward to understand. It was better than I expected because I often have to deal with people in a crisis situation, and now that I stumbled upon this book, I'll put it into practice whenever needed.
❗ I would have loved to see more details and examples of people dealing with problematic individuals. That would have helped me better understand how to behave when I am faced with a situation to de-escalate. Nonetheless, the book does a pretty decent job of laying out all the skills necessary to manage an escalated individual.
