Love this book for many reasons. It was well written. You really b feel like you are in Seattle with them. Laughed out loud at the name these ladies get themselves into. So worth the read. Can't wait for the next book of the series.
It's Tanya's sixtieth birthday soon, and Sue and Ellen want to plan a surprise for her, they intend to travel to Washington to do the Twilight Tour in Forks. Ellen forgets to book their hotel, and they end up renting a bungalow on the Quileute lands, the indigenous people call this bungalow the enchanted bungalow, however prohibit anyone of their clan to enter the property. Ellen arrives first and can feel the vengeful spirit in the house immediately. This book is one of the most difficult cases our friends end up attempting to solve, as the ghost of Dan Pullen is full of hatred, due to unresolved issues, and fights them whole heartedly when they attempt to put his soul to rest. I love that this book puts Ellen in the main focus, as she is my favourite ghost healer, I feel that she is very in tune with the spirits, and they find it easiest to connect through her. I think that in this book I missed the use of the equipment they usually use, which has become more sophisticated with each book, however this gets remedied at the end of this book. This is another page turner, the hatred between the settlers and the indigenous people, and the lack of justice is well portrayed, and as usual this is another very well historically researched book, which put us right in the picture. I also love the new addition to the team and hope he will be joining in future adventures, Moseby is a darling!
If you are a fan of Ghost and Mysteries this one will be right up your alley. The friends travel to Forks WA and stay at a Bungalow in Quillayute only to learn that it is haunted by a person who had everything then lost it all. The trip was planned as a vacation for Tanya's birthday to do a self guided tour for the Twilight series. But the Bungalow was not a very friendly location. Once the ladies find out what has caused all the troubles they set out with help from member of the tribe they had met to set thing right. I have had to pace myself when reading this series because I try to finish in one night. Once you get started with this book or any of Eva Pohler books you don't want to stop reading. Like I said before if you love ghost and a good mystery this story and the others will get you hooked and you won't want to stop. I highly recommend this book.
When Ellen forgets to make hotel reservations for their birthday trip for Tanya, Ellen scrambles and finds a bungalow to rent on Quileute land. The Enchanted Bungalow is said to be haunted and Ellen finds out first hand when she arrives early to get the bungalow ready for her friends. The ghost is not friendly and Ellen makes a deal with him that she regrets, but she feels she has no choice. The ladies investigate when not sightseeing and find out the history of the land and need to decide if they what to help the tribe with their haunting. Another great story in the series.
As someone who read all the Twilight books at the urging of my then teenage daughter and actually enjoyed them this book captured those memories. This ghost was a scary one. Cannot wait to start the next book as I just visited colonial Williamsburg in September. I hope the author keeps this series going for a long time. All of these books are excellent
Evas books about these friends and their ghost adventures never disappoint! Also the added member Mosbey was a great addition! You won’t be disappointed with this story and I look forward to their next adventure!
Great read! I love reading about the adventures of these three ladies. The historical references and the familiar places I've been myself make it feel like I'm there with them. It's also fun that my name happens to be Tanya!
OMG, I loved this book! Taking a tour through La Push has definitely gone on my bucket list!!! But, I'll leave the haunted house alone! Lol I can't wait to read other books in this stand alone series!!!!

The Enchanted Bungalow by Eva Pohler is about Ellen, Sue, and Tanya going to Forks, Washington for Tanya’s birthday. Ellen, Sue, and Tanya have to solve the mystery of the angry spirit that haunts the bungalow. I love the relationship between the characters. My favorite character is Sue because she is funny. Overall, this book is amazing.
