Friede tracks them to their hideout, and soon realizes that she won't be able to count on backup. Alone, she infiltrates the enemy base in order to save her friend.

Volume 13 in the series mainly focuses on Veight's daughter, Friede, and her journey to the Rolmund Empire. There she meets Eleora's niece, Micha, and they become fast friends.

However, trouble lurks not too far behind when, when a group of people plotting Eleora's demise suddenly abducts Micha! Friede takes it upon herself to track them down and save her new friend.

I really enjoyed reading Friede's story, and look forward to seeing more of her in the next volume!
