When I noticed this book and decided to read it, I was curious but had no expectations. For anyone with attention and focus issues (me), the material presented could be life-changing. Brilliantly written by the well known award-winning neuroscientist, Dr. Amishi Jha, this workbook explains the reasons for attention and focus issues. She then presents in a very clear and easily understandable manner the simple steps one can take to turn that all around. What I particularly enjoyed as I read the book was Dr. Jha's very gentle approach in sharing the material. As you read, it is clear to see she has a gift for writing... which always makes or breaks a book like this. Well done.

Having experienced so much stress recently, this workbook has given me the tools to be able to step back and assess the events that caused so much tension so I can move forward without fear of remembering what was behind me. This book requires continued practice for my flashlight to lead me out of darkness. Thank goodness for this book.
This book covers so many bases, and it does it in an amazing way, providing the anchors needed to maneuver through life. It really gives a great focus on how to tackle any thing you may confront.
