This book reviewed Milken's life and all the great work he and his foundations are doing to cure cancers and other diseases.
I'm highlighting one thing that might be important for our health challenges:
Milken had terminal cancer and had 12 to 18 months to live. That was 30 years ago.
Besides the obvious surgery and radiation options, Milken credits a raw food diet, meditation, Ayurvedic principles, and aromatherapy as key ways to heal and prevent relapses of cancer and other diseases.
