Very Helpful.

This has been very helpful and informative. An easy read and a very easy process to get started on. But you have to want to help yourself or nothing will work for you. Give it a try it can't hurt.

Good Tool.

Good focused book. No jargon or wishy washy stuff. Using it as a good guide to loosing the Covid flab

Nothing groundbreaking here, that you wouldn't just find on the Internet. Not hugely inspiring either, found it very dated unfortunately
