I'm not sure I'd call it a "guided workbook" - it's more like journaling prompts based on different aspects of astrology. By far most of the book is space for you to write stuff yourself, so there isn't much information overall.
I did like that it takes you through the different planets, their placement and houses and what this is relevant to, as that's not something I've delved into before. It also covers retrogrades and what it may mean to be born when certain planets are in retrograde, which was also something I've not read about earlier.
Some of the prompts/questions were interesting or insightful, some of them were trite. I think you'll benefit the most from this book if you haven't done much self-reflection and journaling before. That said, I did still learn some new stuff.
