The third book in the book is a day challenge for Thanksgiving break. This book was part of a series of four other books that were combined. These books give good insights and exercises into how to be more productive and how to use your time wisely.
The four books all talk about different topics that relate to productivity categories. The first of the four, called Dopamine Detox, talks about what dopamine is and how you can counter modern-day habits that negatively impact how much dopamine you get from simple tasks or work. The second book, Immediate Action, talks about how you can take instant action to make your life more productive and shows you systems to implement. The third book, Powerful Focus, talks about the importance of training your ability to focus so you can get your work done in less time without sacrificing quality. The fourth book is Strategic Mindset, which teaches you how to go about thinking about your actions in a year and in a day and whether or not those actions help get you to the place you want to go.
I would only recommend this book to those who don't have enough time to read other productivity books, as this book covers everything relatively well, yet other books dedicated to certain categories are able to be more informative and of higher quality. I give this a 3/5 because, while the knowledge was useful, it didn't cut close to the quality of other books.
