I want to make virtually every recipe in this cookbook. Erika assures me even Grilled Goat Cheese and Nectarine sandwiches are probably delightful. Each of these miniature sweets would be perfect for Movie Night, and I can't wait to serve Raspberry and Champagne Ice Cream Floats when raspberries are back in season!

This book is full of sweet treats that are quick to prepare. Unfortunately, some of them require smaller than average bakeware in order to prepare correctly. I adapted some of the recipes to full-size and while they took a little longer to bake, they ended up just as delicious as I expected.

Someone else commented that they would never serve anything on Nilla Wafers--ever. That was one of my favorite recipes! lol. Look, I like EASY and looks good for a party! This book has lots of great ideas:) I just wish there were pictures for more of them.
