El espiral de la abundancia

Rate this book

I found the first third or so of the book a little difficult to read. It has a bit of a weak start because I thought the content was not very well structured and not very captivating. I enjoyed the parts where he extensively references and paraphrases Brené Brown much more (I have her on my reading list and this book convinced me I should go read hers). The last third of the book where it really presents many useful concepts for me personally was a completely different story. I greatly appreciated the insight and suggestions that left me continually analyzing how I think of, and how to improve my relationship with, abundance. Finally, I loved the list of activities and exercises that it presents as additional content at the end.
In summary, I think the best of this book is the research work and the talent for selecting very powerful ideas. What I didn't like so much was the writer's style and personal anecdotes, but I think that depends on how much you really click with it.
