I will definitely be referring back to this book when I start a new school year this fall. It was perfect for me, as a new administrator, and had a good balance of 'pep talk' and advice for being successful in educational leadership. I plan to hand this book out to some of my colleagues who are new to educational leadership and I believe would benefit from some of the takeaways.
I really enjoyed this book. It was a quick read and allowed me to see real life experiences from female leaders. I enjoyed making connections to myself and envisioning the type of leader I want to be.
