I love MC books and have read a number of them. I didn't connect at all with this story. The h was, in my opinion, bad tempered, mean, downright insulting all due to her heartbreak when she was 18. Most people get over it. I couldn't understand 3 men being so in love like she was so perfect. She was a serial cheater, mean to everyone and constantly put herself and other club members in danger by her behaviour. I won't finish this series because I just didn't care about any of them. Again, this is just how I felt. Others may love them.
ADELAIDE is fierce on her own, but the men in her life her bombs waiting to explode. This is NOT a reverse harem but for those who are looking for an RH wouldn’t be disappointed. Love comes in many forms and al can be absolutely soul crushing - Adelaide learns what surviving, breathing, and living truly are through loves of her past, present, and her future.
This story is heartbreakingly beautiful. I laughed. I cried. I got angry, then got happy again. She faces enormous amounts of fear, loss, and heartbreak as well as never ending amounts of love. Her life isn’t easy but she doesn’t give up and when she does she has two men reminding her to breathe and live for them that keep her going through the worst of her struggles.
If you love a story that will absolutely destroy your heart and then put it back together again with a strong af FMC, alphahole men, and a man that will do absolutely anything to make sure his woman is happy. - then RUINED should definitely be your next read.
I'll admit that I was very entertained by this book, however, I found it very repetitive. I feel like some characters just didn't grow through the story and kept pulling the same BS the entire time. Also, it became very predictable. I felt like the same thing kept happening over and over, and because of that I also felt a little bit bored. I might check out another book in this series but I just didn't love it.
Wow. Wow. Wow. This book did exactly what the tile of it is. Ruined me. This book was amazing.
There was so much going on that it kept making me wanting more and I couldn't put it down, and then I needed more.
Adelaide is SO strong. She meets Joey and they have a instant spark, and intense one with lots of heat 🥵 they are both toxic for each other. They love each other, but is it enough? Joey created a monster. A monster who would ruin him.
Then comes River. Is she going to have to choose? If she chooses who will be ruined in the end? Can they survive all of this damage?
I don’t even know where to start. You will need tissues and a glass of wine. I love the twists and turns and it definitely keeps you on your toes. I highly recommend this book.
I loved this story, Adelaide has been thru so much in this story. First Tristan breaks her heart to protect her, then comes back three years later when he sees she is hanging around the kind of people he wanted to protect her from. Joey helped her at one time but was not good for her.
This is such a page turner and cannot wait for next book in the series, Joey story.

fabulous book, very well written, tear jerker, wonderful characters, fabulous storyline, page turner, action packed, you know you have a wonderful read when it takes you through all the emotions. Happily ever after,
Great book. It kept my emotions at the service and kept me at the edge. Addy was such a strong character and had been through so much. Another great read.
*spoilers. Although they might help you not read the book*
I read it, but it’s like the author threw every single trope at the wall and hoped one would stick. I don’t know what in the wannabe reverse harem was going on, but the timeline was blotchy. It made no sense. At one point, The club was set on fire and blown up, but yet it was completely rebuilt less than 24 hours later. There was no real backstory on Tristan or Joey. She was supposed to be the right hand to Joey, but yet she kept getting herself into situations that got her hurt. She has to be the unluckiest woman alive to be honest for everything that happened to her and such a short period of time. I was honestly confused throughout most of the book trying to keep up with the timeline everything that happened I don’t even know how Vin fit in. Supposedly she was gr@ped by Vin, but she was supposed to be fighting or at least that’s what Vin told Joey but why would she be there? I don’t know how long was because it made it seem like I was going on for a while, but Tristan said that he saw Joey and her meet them less than three weeks and that’s when he decided he had to get her back. It was just super confusing. I think it needs a re-write with more details and maybe a few things taken out. Addy didn’t need THAT much stuff to her character development. How is she even alive? And why did Red think River would help him?? Sorry too many questions that make no sense
This is the first book I read by this author. The first chapter starts out with Adelaide's ex busting into the clubhouse she is currently living in to bring Adelaide back with him. I almost stopped reading after the first chapter because the thought of one MC president just deciding to bring mayhem down on another club just for a girl did not seem believable in this setting. However, I kept reading and am glad I did.
Ruined turned out to be a really good book about a young girl lost and trying to find herself. Was there any real suspense to it? No. Were there parts that were unbelievable? Yes. But it's a fiction book. It has its dark moments, but they aren't gone into in a lot of detail. I enjoyed watching Adelaide mature and her relationships change. I am not 100% certain I will read the next book in the series because I think it will be either too similar to this one or not as interesting as Adelaide's story.
I started this and wasn't sure I would finish it. I almost felt like i was in the middle of a series not on the first book. Also Adelaide drive me nuts at first enough to make me want to slap her . With the love triangle between her Tristian and Joey and her not knowing who or what she wanted . She was annoying, childish and selfish . I couldn't see the attraction at all for all the admiration she recieved . However as the book progressed I kinda liked her by the end and realised she needed them as much as they needed her even if ending up with River was her saving grace. There is plenty of action in this , definitely not for the faint hearted . But it is a really good read it you stick with it as the characters grow and the beginning chapters makes sense finally. It made me laugh , cry , angry ,frustrated and smile. What more do you need !
Addy was just 18 when Tristan dumped her and Joey who was prez of one of the MC's in town took her under his wing. Addy developed into a strong and none feeling creature. Then Tristan comes back and everything changes. Once she realizes that she is not in love with Tristan any more and what he did out of love doesn't matter anymore. She is kidnapped and when she can she calls River Tristan's enforcer and he helps her. An interesting and intense look at how one woman can grab the hearts of 3 different MC alpha's. Action-adventure. I purchased. I volunteered an honest review.
This was a very difficult book to read, not that it bad. This book is actually very very good amazing writing. It was difficult because of the emotional roller-coaster you take with the characters. My Hart broke for everyone of them. This is action romance happened sadness and sorrow.
This author writing style is amazing and I definitely recommend this to anyone to read. There is a few trigger warning in this book read it before reading the book
This was a amazing read. She went though a lot. Joey, Tristen and River all three loved her in a different way. Joey saved her from the pain of Tristen breaking her heart, Then Tristen came back to her. And They were just to far gone. Then she met River and He loved her no matter what. all I can say is I got mad, I cried and I smiled. At first it's hard to get started but once you do I couldn't put it down. I'm looking forward to Joey's story. A wonderful series.
Ruined is book 1 in the Ruined MC series and is Adelaides story. It will take you through a gamut of emotions. I went into this book expecting a why choose story and Ruined is not that BUT, it's a great story all the same. Adelaide has been through it and I get it, I do, but there were times I'd like to have shaken some sense into her while at other times I wanted to wrap her up and just hug her. These characters will definitely keep readers on their toes.
This emotionally gripping story had me all caught up in Adelaide and her traumatic journey to finding peace. Three men come into her life two of them are not good for her leaving her in pieces. It will have you rallying for her as she picks herself. Will she make it to finding happiness again.

Apparently they don’t talk but only snarl at each other. Page after page they are snarling at each other. She was just a joke and ridiculous. And the story did nothing for me. It was supposed to be though and strong but it just became boring and stupid.
Hold on tight, it's about to be a bumpy ride. This book hooked me right away and didn't let go. I'm sitting here just going OMG. This book makes you cry, laugh and cry the ugly cry. I think this is going into my favorites to read again.
Stopped at 29th page..why? All addy said was Tris broke her heart when she was 18. Come onnnnn, how many times do we have to read that rubbish. This tells me the author didn't have a strong enough story lines if they repeated everything.
Talk about dramatic! Wow! What a story. One very screwed up woman is saved by 3 very different men and she loves them all and they her, more than life itself. Definitely worth reading at least twice
Humans don't have yolk sacks. This chick is so wishy washy. It's the same plot but tripled and boring. The sex is practically nonexistant. Don't bother!
Definitely not a reverse harem book. It will take in one emotional rollercoaster ride. Adelaide on a rollercoaster ride that puts her in different stages in her life and outgrows a relationship.
Adelaide has found her strength through tragedy. After her life is shattered she is supported by Joey and his MC and she find her own way in life. When Tristan, the man that broke her, returns and takes her away to his MC, her life is upended again. Enemies of both MC's are waiting and when she is drowning, they ensnare her and break her further. Although she has found her strength, the men in her life are over-bearing and don't lift her up. When River emerges as the one to support her, things get complicated. This is a DARK book, heed the TW's they are not for the faint of heart, about complicated people from broken pasts. It is part one of a duet and the storyline continues in book two.
