The Beginning
Morgan had a really sad childhood but even in elementary he had honor. He always stood up for Sara when she was picked on to the point of fighting at lunch time which got him a trip to the office…and so much more.
This was a very fast paced book and it holds hope for the upcoming books in this series. Just from reading this I’m sure it will be packed full of violence, steam and plenty of drama.

It’s a short and in many ways forced story. Yes it’s a prequel but I feel it’s a bit rushed. Mabye in the following books you will get more background on Morgan.

I really liked this prequel. I can't wait to start reading more.
!organ had a rough life growing up. His grandmother took care of him until one day in school things in his life went bottom up. One after another foster care homes he was kicked out. Until the head member of the MC found him and took him in. Once he was old enough, Morgan was asked to join the MC and he really didn't want to.
Sara was his friend from elementary school and also his girlfriend, she knew he didn't want to join.
One day Morgan was called into the office of the MC as things went from bad to worse. Then a little while later things got bad between him and one of the members. Morgan ended up in jail. He ended up ge getting out and was trying to look after Sara when he heard that her life was in danger. This happened so fast and the next thing Morgan knew his life turned to crap. Will he ever have a normal life without so much violence?

This is the introduction to a new series starting out with Morgan who has been a handful since he was little in elementary school, his life wasn’t easy at all in fact if it weren’t for bad luck then he would have no luck, the other constant is from elementary he been protecting Sarah from all the bullies always until he had to go away (prison) and then she was left on her own but upon getting out and finding out that her life was in danger from the beginning we saw he would do whatever it took to keep her safe. I want to see where this leads will Morgan ever have something similar to a normal life, is his girl okay, and is there going to be some type of happiness for him (hopefully so).

Morgan is the prequel to the Savage Springs MC series. It tells us how Morgan became the President of the MC. The story is not pretty but it helps put a lot into perspective. The storyline has MC action, romance, drama, suspense, and tragedy. It makes me want to read more about the MC to see what happens under Morgan’s leadership and in hopes that he does find love again. He has a lot to overcome so whomever he falls for will have to be one strong woman. This is a very quick and easy read, about ten chapters, that keeps you engaged from the first page to the last that leave you hanging for the first book in the series.

Wow, what a dramatic, tragic introduction to Morgan! Told in first person, you can really understand how Marcus' childhood and teen years shaped the man he was to become. Very descriptive - gritty and realistic. Compelling with moments of vulnerability and acceptance of the inevitable. A violent environment, a man with a strong moral compass and a temper - doing the right thing can lead to complications and justice can be deadly. There's love found and love lost. I hope Morgan realizes what he deserves and gets it. Looking forward to reading more about the world of Savage Spring MC - really liked this prequel! 5 stars

What has made Morgan who he is now
Morgan is the prequel to the new A Savage Spring MC series, while really a serial. The story gives the reader the origins of Morgan's life, and it is not really a great one. It shows some pivotal points that shaped him and put him on the course of what he is today.

Morgan had a rough life growing up but the one constant was Sara. Sara was his rock that kept him focused. He never thought he was good enough for her. When he turns 18 he is offered to prospect for his dad, bit turns it down. His dad gets upset and they fight. He kills him in the fight and then is left the club and has to step up. Things get out of hand and he ends up in prison. Sara leaves but is in danger. Will he be able to protect her or will he loose the only thing that matters? Great beginning to.a great series.

Loved this book
What a great start to the series with a prequel.
About Morgan and Sara from when they were young kids to young adults.
Morgan was very protective of Sara in school and he would hurt anyone who hurt her.

Things start to get interesting from then on with drama steamy scene and cliffhanger.

This is a prequel to a new series, and this is Morgan and Sara’s story. These two met in grade school and their relationship develops into more. Morgan goes to prison and Sara vows to wait for him, but when he finds out that there is a contract on her life, he escapes, but is he in time to save her? This is a well written story which has danger, suspense, intrigue, twists, violence, redemption, tragedy, drama, and love, which leads to a steamy page turner. I look forward to reading more in this series, and I recommend this authors’ work.

This was a new start to an MC serious that had all the features of an MC book but a little darker than most.
It was about Morgan who had a really tough start in life but when he acted out it was in protection of someone. Usually that someone was Sara who he had known since grade school.
I liked the way he was always protecting someone when he gets into trouble. And trouble certainly meets him. This was s really great book and I can't wait for more to come!!

With both Morgan and Sara sharing their lives together from childhood their bond was strong. They were each other’s first everything. But some things are meant to be. What an awesome prequel to a new series. I loved it! So much drama, murder, and suspense. Morgan has a very sad past. He has loved Sara since they were very young and has always protected her, til he couldn’t!! This is going to be an exciting, amazing series! I just know it is! This is a short story, it is a prequel to the author's new series Savage Spring MC, this story focuses on Morgan who we will get to see more of in the next book. I devoured this in one sitting and now I am impatiently waiting for the next one!! Love it!!

This book is well written, very descriptive, a great story and the beginning of a great series. It is like no other book I have ever read. If you like dark stories, you will love this book/series. I gave it 4 starts, I can't believe I am saying this, but this one was a little dark for me. But it is a great start to the series.

This is a well written short but dramatic and packed origin story that sets up for another book. Morgan lived on the line of danger, but Sara was his calming counterpart, when her life's in danger not even prison will stop him from getting to her, but will he be to late?
